The house was comfortable and had everything we needed and the outside areas were lovely, with a view of the sea. The location was fantastic, just a few minutes walk from the beach and a bus stop to Skiathos Town. Rafaella our host was superb and sorted anything we needed, including booking trips, restaurants and jeep hire.

Overall, our stay at Tresor Boutique was very good — the property is charming, offering a relaxing atmosphere. However, the road leading to the house is quite steep, which might be challenging for some visitors. Still, we had a pleasant experience.

The outdoor furniture could use a bit of retouching. Being in nature, the presence of insects was inevitable :)

Kousek od pláže Kolios, asi 15 minut autem z letiště. Krásné výhledy, naprosté soukromí, typický řecký domeček. Raffaela byla skvělá hostitelka. Výborná komunikca, čekala na nás při příjezdu z letiště a předala nám klíče a všechny informace. Vyskytl se problém s heslem na Wi-Fi, ale byl bleskově vyřeše, stejně tak zpočátku nefunkční klimatizace. Raffaela zjednala bleskově nápravu a velmi rychle odpověděla na všechny naše dotazy. Skvělé bydlení, pokud se vrátím na Skiathos, znovu využiju.

Není to vada, jen upozornění. Cesta k domu je velmi strmá. Po dešti nebo bez auta může být náročnější.

Beautiful, characterful property with lovely views over the sea. Very clean and comfortable. The induction to the island was really helpful. The host, Rafaella, was very responsive when advised about some issues at the property.

There was no hot water for a couple of days and the air con couldn't be controlled properly. It would have been helpful to have staples such as salt, pepper, oil, bread etc as a starter pack. The billa is in a lovely, private location but there was quite a lot of noise from the road below.

Sensational vibe, if you’re looking for a private paradise, this is the place! 5 min from the beach, if u have a car its also a top spot. Restaurants extremely close and delicious! Also if u wanna cook and chill in the villa is fully equipped. Excellent service as well from the managers of the villa.

Too many mosquitoes

We had a wonderful stay at the Tresor Boutique! The area is calm, we have everything we need in the house, we are not far away from the beach and it is not far away from Skiathos towns. Konstantinos gave us really good recommandations for restaurants and activities, he helped to make the best of our stay!

The house and garden is beautiful but especially the outside seating areas/furniture needs an update.

The communication between ourselves and Christiana was excellent! She helped us with everything we needed and did so promptly. The house is really sweet. The location and view are wonderful. And the bed and bedroom was comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you'd need and the outdoor area was fantastic!

We were there in October so we caught a little bit of bad weather with rainy days and we inside a bit, so the living room could use a little more light. But I'm sure if you were there in the summer time, or with better weather, this wouldn't be a problem at all. And in the description it said it had a TV but there is no TV. No problem at all. Just a small note.
