It fitted all of us perfectly. It had everything we needed and was the prime location. Boris was so helpful and a great local guide with excellent recommendations.

Very comfortable place, great for our group of 7 people. Close to old town and beach.

The villa was in an exceptional location, just a 10 minute walk away from the Old Town. It was also a 15 minute walk away from a lovely beach. The villa itself was clean, well equipped and tended to all our needs well. The terrace was a nice place to eat and chat, and was well shaded away from the sun. Boris was a lovely host, and talked us through the hotspots of Zadar, and he was very attentive to any of our needs.

Lovely villa with a great host. Walking distance to supermarket (Lidl) and 15 mins to old town via bridge.

Main road outside and was quite noisy.

The villa was lovely; all of the rooms were a very good size, the facilities were all modern and worked well, the location was perfect, everything was clean and well looked after, and Boris was very useful and friendly. It's great value for money and we were all very happy with everything. Our group was 9 people and there was plenty of space for everyone, and Boris included an extra bed.

Occasionally the shower ran out of hot water, but there were 9 of us so this made sense. If you spaced out the timing of the showers everything was perfect.
