I find an amazing Villa whith an unforgetable view! Every thing maximum of clean and every details was perfect. Inside of house, the details of furniture was very delicate matched, the kitchen spacious with all the furniture and ustensiles needed. We have the opportunity to have an amazing time at Triena Villas, in my opinion there is not another place in Paxos, in in quality - price ratio.

We chose this villa carefully in order to spend some peaceful time recovering from my mother's recent death and based upon the detailed adverts on various websites. We have been to Paxos before and feel evening entertainment is needed in early-season, due to the likelihood of inconsistent weather. We brought CDs and DVDs from home only to find the villa had none of the DVD, CD, Radio (or microwave) advertised. TV channels were only in Greek and although this perhaps shouldn’t be a surprise in Greece, we had expected ‘cable channels’, as advertised. The coffee machine was broken and although replaced, this was only after a stressful argument with the owner. Owner and agent responses were defensive and unhelpful. The BBQ had no shelves or equipment, so couldn’t be used and finding the villa at all is very difficult and took over an hour. There are no road signs to the Villa at all, which is at the end of a very narrow, steep path made of concrete and stones. The showers are tiny and walking distances to anywhere are hugely underestimated. In our Villa the patio had little privacy. For unknown reasons, while we were in Gaios, the owner chose to shut off our access to both the upper balconies. Following two cold nights with no response to our request for blankets, no heat, no hot water, barely usable tiny showers (we are normal sized people) and a confrontational, intrusive owner, the final straw was being woken by noise from nearby building-work. To save our holiday and to escape further chaos and stress, we decided to book another villa and to end our three-day nightmare. It is no surprise to us that the owner has refused all our refund requests, even for unused days or that we received no apology, but the response to our genuine criticism and the attempts to blame us when we did nothing wrong is breathtaking. Ask for details before you book, as we hold the fullest evidence for use during what is likely to be a protracted dispute.

Fabulous villa with the best view in paxos. Extremely comfortable (big beds and gorgeous thick linen)! Beautifully maintained and cleaned inside and out throughout our stay. And delightful smiley owners. We loved it.

The view over Gaios is fabulous but It’s a 25 min uphill walk (for our teenagers) after a night out on the town!

Perfect villa with lovely furnishings and a fantastic view from the terrace. We particularly enjoyed the walk down the hillside path to Gaios with more amazing views. Very friendly host.
