I planned our trip to Kerala around the availability of this property and it exceeded our expectations. The property is large, spacious and beautifully furnished. The views across the valley are stunning and the birdsong in the early morning is wonderful. The housekeeping staff are great and the chef will prepare the most delicious food. This is a very special property for those who prefer to stay a little out of town. Absolutely fantastic stay.

The property has been designed to an exceptional finish and provides ample space to enjoy your stay. The quality of the furnishing and large sliding windows make for an enjoyable stay. The resident caretaker, Sajeev was outstanding and so attentive and support to our family (and our driver) during the stay. The chef was also incredible - serving up some great dishes and tailoring to our palates/tastes.

There were very few things to dislike but rather suggestions to create an increase in customer satisfaction: • Small touches like: mosquito candles for outside/ additional games for kids or maybe create a “spot the insect/animal activity (small paper exercise) to keep child entertained/ guide to the local area. • Location - although a beauty property, the location and access to the property can be tricky with uphill entry. Automatic vehicles should be avoided.

Lavish rooms and hall with amazing views. Staff is very nice and courteous and accomodating and hard working. Food is amazing and nature filled stay.

It's isolated place in dense nature and little scary for small families with small kids after 6 pm. It depends if you are used to the jungle like stay. I would rather choose to stay near City or crowded place with small kids and small family.

Very tastefully and passionately done property...Location is perfect for people who want to stay away from the hustle and bustle....beautiful view and the place is ideal for those too who are fond of bird watching....I could see so many birds ....The property manager Anoop was extremely gracious host and made sure every requirement was catered to...Food was good too ....

Very minor suggestions....like a dressing table or a full mirror would be very handy for women especially....and a better way to get hot water since the current system of waiting for hot water leads to a lot of wastage of water.
