Villa Diva

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Diva Kemer. The property was very clean and had a large garden surrounded by beautiful greenery and trees, which made it feel peaceful and private. The big swimming pool was perfect for relaxing, and we really enjoyed the barbecue area for outdoor dining. There was also plenty to do at the villa, including the sauna, billiards, and ping pong table, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Another great feature was that every room had its own toilet/bathroom, which was very convenient. It is a great place for families or groups who want space, comfort, and a relaxing holiday atmosphere. Overall, we had a lovely experience and would definitely recommend this property.

We also appreciated the added leisure facilities such as the sauna, hot tub, fitness area, barbecue space, and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Overall, Villa Diva has many features that make it a great choice for a family or group getaway in Kemer — especially for guests looking for space, sea views, privacy, and easy access to the beach. Echt schade, ein Stück Urlaub für diese Unterkunft geopfert zu haben

Ich musste regelrecht für Handtücher betteln und wurde anschließend noch als Lügner bezeichnet. Wir haben für acht Personen gebucht, hatten aber nur 6 handtücher bereit gestellt, auf Nachfrage hat der hausekeeper gesagt das 6 ausreichen er aber welche am abend bringen wird. Am nächsten Morgen habe ich ihn erneut nach handtüchern gefragt, wieder als antwort gesagt bekommen das er die am Abend bringt. Am dritten tag sagte er mir schließlich das ich ihn überhaupt nicht nach Handtüchern gefragt habe. Hat aber anschließend Handtücher aus dem Keller geholt. Also die Handtücher waren im Haus - Keine Hygieneartikel wie Seife und Shampoo etc. Bei Booking.com angegeben aber wir wurden auf Migros um die Ecke hingewiesen - Kein Wasser zum duschen Ihr dürft nicht alle gleichzeitig duschen als Hinweis. Wir konnten uns noch nichtmal einzeln duschen - Kaputte Toilettenspülung Amaseienplage im Haus (siehe Bilder). Bevor ihr gekommen seit gab es keine Ameisen sagte er. Er hat uns gedroht eine kammerjäger Firma zu rufen und wir würden dann im Gift wohnen. Echt lächerlich für Ameisen Kammerjäger zu bestellen - kein Dart -Tischtennisplatte kaput, kein Schläger, kein Ball - keine Spielsachen am Pool für Kinder - keine Sauna Aber alles bei booking angegeben - Überall Müll in den Schränken verstaut - Mikrowelle und Ofen dreckig - ein Zimmer im Obergeschoss hat nach Abfluss gestunken - Couch total dreckig, versteckt durch eine Decke, Kissen total versifft, dreckige Bettbezüge - Schimmel Und noch oben drauf sind alle Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern auf volle pulle eingestellt und nicht regulierbar. Man muss alle 10 Minuten einschalten zum kühlen und ausschalten weil es dann kalt wird. positive an dem Haus ist die Privatsphäre des Pools und die großen Räume.

Nothing! The Villa was filthy dirty.. towels, bedding, disgusting.. it was advertised as 5 bedroom but was only 4, the beds all broken, in the middle do the night 2 beds collapsed. Cockroaches all over the villa inside bedding etc, the host was very rude, the sauna didn’t work and was so mouldy had trees growing out of it. The hot tub didn’t work, and it had a toilet next to it that was blocked and looks like for a while because the stench coming out from it was disgusting. The pool guy / carer doesn’t speak any English and had an incredibly poor and rude attitude, tried to kick us out after arriving because I told him we need the 5th bedroom. He arrived 2 hours late to give us the keys to the villa had us waiting in the boiling sun after the whole day of travelling. Shower pressure was so so poor honestly water struggled to even come out of the shower head, the hot water for showering was non existent it was cold and dribbling. The caretaker came in and took all of the remotes so that we couldn’t use the blinds or AC “incase it broke” Exposed wiring everywhere, drains left open outside, DAMP all over the house.. nothing worked. Honestly was such a devastating stay, we were going as a family holiday which turned into a nightmare, any other time of year we would’ve left and gone to a hotel instead but all local hotels were fully booked for such a large family. Take my advice and go elsewhere, if not then be prepared for the worst holiday of your life.

The house had everything we needed, and more. The floorplan was nice, the bedrooms were well located (wrt each other) and had maximum privacy. There was a billiard table, a BBQ grill, and bicycles in the house that we were able to use, which was great. There were lots of stores withing walking distance (5-25 minutes) from the house I clouding a grocery store around the corner, bakeries, but her shops, etc.
