Peaceful location, with a small private beach just 5 minutes by foot from the house. The house is big and has a lot of space, great for a group of friends and families with children. It is surrounded with pine trees and has a lot of covered terraces where you can enjoy the breeze from the sea and garden when tasting your meals, reading or having fun with your loved ones. Everything you need is just 10 minutes drive away (Nikiti). The hosts Sophia and Vasilis are great people. They welcomed us with 2 bottles of vine and peaches grown in the nearby village - a taste you can not find in supermarkets. Last, but not the least, good internet connection. We loved our stay there a lot!

Sofia is an amazing and friendly host. She welcomed us and prepared plenty of miniral water for drinking, bottles of wine, bananas... . The house is huge and has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs. We were 3 couples and the bedrooms are very comfortable. The house is in the forest surroundings, with a perfect location. The small beach is on 5 min walking, but on 3 to 7kms there are plenty of beaches. I bring my poodle and he enjoyed the big and we'll maintained yard. I really like this place and highly recommend it. I love this place.

I want to take my time because my friends and I were extremely happy with the house and hosts. To start we got to the villa an hour early, Sofia and Vasilios were already there and they welcomed us with open arms, huge smiles, two bottles of wine, and fruit as a welcome gift. Sofia showed us around and after telling us that the water from the house wasn`t good for drinking she provided us with fresh water, enough for eight people. We were very happy with the house, a huge space with everything you might need in it. The kitchen is well equipt with all the appliances, cooking utensils and so on which you might need. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and there was a huge yard for the dogs (two big, one small) to run around while we were traveling around. There are plenty of places where you can rest if you want to be on your own and if you don`t want to travel to beaches which are far away, there`s a small beach 5 min away from the house (though very small) and a bigger one with a bar 20 min on foot from the house. Overall we had an amazing time, Sofia and Vasilios are great hosts, you can contact them for anything and they are happy to help!

There are three bedrooms upstairs and a single room downstairs, you should know that the single room has a door with windows, which makes it uncomfortable to get dressed since you don`t get much privacy. The extra bed (for the eighth person) is in the living room area, which also doesn`t give you much personal space. Those weren`t really problems for us, but keep it in mind if you`re going with more than 6 people.

The location is amazing. The hosts are super hospitable. Loved my stay there.

I took my time to write this review (I tried before, using the mobile app, but I had lost the draft), because I want to be thorough with the information :). Out of the group of 8 people, me and my husband, along with our rather large dog (who was welcomed very well) were the first to arrive at the property, way earlier thank the check-in time. Sophie and Vasilios were at the house and were kind enough to take us in immediately (being the beginning of the season, they had no prior guests). Sophie took a tour of he house and returned a bit later with lots of water, some fruits and some local wine. The property is right next to the main road, but I couldn't complain of any noise, especially since the bedrooms and living room face the sea, not the road. It is situated between two villages: Metamorfosi (2+km) and Nikiti (4+km). While waiting for our friends, we wanted to explore the beach nearby and it takes around 5 minutes to get to (relaxed pace). It's true, there are some tricky stairs, but not too difficult. The beach is a wild one and kind of rocky (pics. attached). Being accustomed to the beaches in Greece, we had aqua shoes, so I can't complain. Plus, it was perfect for us and our dog. There are sandier paths into the water, but you have to kind of search them. Circling back to the house, it has a huge yard with plenty of seating areas and an outdoors shower which came in handy. we usually parked 3 cars in the yard, but there are options outside as well. Downstairs, you have a one person bedroom (the one presented as an office), but plenty spacious with windows on 2 walls, a half bath, the kitchen, a generous dining room and a huge living room. But the best thing, was the wrap around porch with plenty of seating and eating areas. Of course, the best side was the terrace from the living room, facing the sea (pic. attached), where we spent most of our evenings.

Beware to hang the evacuation hose to the kitchen faucet. Upstairs, there are the 3 bedrooms: the first one is the one with the (white) en suite bathroom and the canopy bed, but not balcony. Then, the bamboo style bedroom with the balcony facing the sea and last but not least, the bedroom with the 2 balconies (sea and yard view). The brown bathroom is on the hallway and while its design is peculiar, I enjoyed it had a door to its own balcony. There is a low ground apartment where the hosts live, but they were kind enough to leave and let us have the yard to ourselves. Negatives: - we had some issues with the water from the en-suite bathroom, BUT Sophie did her best to help and in the end is was fixed - there were no shower curtains, nor supports for the showers and it was difficult to hold it, wash and not splash the entire bathroom (having to share it, it was unpleasant) and no A/C or a cooling system downstairs; all this was discussed with Sophie and she appreciated (I hope) our suggestion. - the distance to the village and I have to mention this because some of our friends did not appreciate having to always use our cars. However, this is not our hosts', plus the information is visible and accurate. Also, having so many incredible beaches, - same regarding the beach nearby (pics. attached) - not everyone enjoyed it, but we only went there a couple of times - there was a construction site right in front of us, but again, not our hosts fault. To be honest, they didn't bother us that much and they've might actually finished by now (this happened in June '22). - the house is a bit old, so at one point the tiles in the half bath fell off of one of the walls, but again Sophie and Vasilios fixed it, no questions asked. - the bed in our room (the one with the 2 balconies) was a bit small (140*200 cm or so) and we fell a couple of times from it :D, but no biggie. All in all, we enjoyed our stay at Sophie, Vasilios & Iggy :).
