Into the Sea - Modern Home Close to the Beach

The house is located in a quiet and safe area. Albion is an ideal starting point for exploring the whole island, especially if you have a car. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find the kitchen wall stocked with food, fruit, bottled water, and even wine, so there was no need to go shopping right away. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The garden is beautiful, the area is peaceful, and the sea is just a short walk away. The host, Marie, was extremely helpful and fulfilled all our requests.

The kitchen is not fully equipped. There are not enough dishes and cutlery for five people.

Этот отдых оправдал все мои ожидания. На деле, дом оказался более оснащенным, чем представлено на фото. Есть все для комфортного проживания, чувствовали себя как дома. В день выезда владелец дома любезно разрешил выехать на 3 часа позднее положенного, за что огромная им благодарность. Еще я переживала за район и пляж рядом. Писали, что район не безопасный - вранье) Там тихо и спокойно, рядом есть большой Молл, где можно купить ВСЁ. Пляж отличный и спокойный, пешком 2 мин. И шикарные закаты именно здесь, рядом есть маяк с такими же шикарными видами. Это место идеально по соотношению цена/качество, мне даже не пришлось выбирать между домами, как я это обычно делаю. Мы забронировали его сразу.

Positives - Spec of the house - kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms etc all very well finished and equipped - Fast responses from owner to queries - Check-in, including lots of provisions left, which was great, cot for the baby etc - Central Location on the island means you can reach most of the island driving

Negatives - There is construction work directly opposite the property. Whilst this is outside of their control (which the owner repeatedly said) this completely changes the experience of the property as the outdoor space becomes borderline unusable, doors etc need to remain closed so the property is incredibly warm, and the property as a whole suffers significant disruption throughout the day. The owner let us know about this ‘in advance’, but this was day before we flew, which obviously didn’t leave any time for us to change our plans. - Temperature of the house due to the design of the house - all glass, which is beautiful, but acts like a greenhouse - Outdoor space - direct sunlight from first thing in the morning with no shade - Dining table - camping table and camping chairs, rather than a proper set, no comfortable - Location in Albion - the area is clearly undergoing a lot of development, lots of houses being built and a half completed mall, and there aren’t many amenities geared towards tourists. I wouldn’t recommend Albion as an area to stay in or visit, unless you just want to use its central location to easily get to other places on the island

The home is modern, clean and well-equipped. It's in a nice location; quiet, peaceful and we felt safe. The hosts were exceptional. We received the warmest of welcomes and had an overall delightful stay. Definitely recommend and will surely return.

- good position if you want to visit the island with your own means - owners were very kind to leave groceries for guests upon arrival

- the seating area can accommodate confortably 2-3 people, hence better seating should be provided for all guests the property can handle

We cook most meals and this property was well stocked with cooking utensils and base ingredients for several dishes. Walking distance to a small supermarket and to a beach. The hosts provided more complimentary food and toiletry items than we’ve seen in any other rental and it was very much appreciated. Relatively centrally located between the north and south of the island.

We had a great stay 😃 The house was very comfy and had everything we needed. Marie France was extremely kind and helpful. She recommended a great driver (Shuaib)👍🏾The little amenities in the house were Just great if you have arrived a little late and have not had the chance to go shopping yet. A very quiet and safe area. Definitely value for money and definitely coming back 😁
