Чудове місце для прекрасного відпочинку! Якщо на землі є рай, то це саме ця вілла у надзвичайно зеленому та приємному куточку Кіпру. Отже, переживши страшну та холодну зиму в Україні, ми вирішили повести дітей на шкільні канікули хоч трішки погрітися на сонці. Після перегляду усіх варіантів від Протарасу до Пафосу, ми обрали саме цю віллу, і були надзвичайно задоволені цим своїм вибором. На вибір вплинуло і те, що вартість підігріву басейну була включена у загальну вартість оренди. Басейн був чистий, теплий і комфортний. Сподобалося практично усе, наш будинок утопав у зелені цитрусових садів, їх аромат змішувався із ароматом трав, моря, різних квітів, мімози, хвої, евкаліпту і створював відчуття абсолютного спокою. Вілла дуже вдало скомпонована, п'ять спален, дві вітальні надавали можливість кожному із нас мати свій відокремлений простір. А нас було 6 дорослих і 4 дітей. Кухня мала великий вибір посуду та різноманітної кухонної техніки. Надзвичайно сподобалося відношення господарів до своїх гостей. Одразу по приїзду нас чекала величезна тарілка різних смакот та пляшка місцевого вина та дуже гарний букет квітів. Усі наші прохання виконувалися одразу. Невеличке зауваження до якості матрасів, про це уже писали і хотілося, щоб вони були більш комфортними. Це місце, яке хочеться рекомендувати іншим гостям

100% a premium luxury villa in a lovely quieter north western corner of Cyprus. Polis is fantastically well served for a mainly locals town with every restaurant of excellent quality and good pricing for UK tourists. Villa is in excellent location and hidden away off the Main Street on a quiet lane that provides perfect tarmac for a morning run to the harbour about 4km away for a morning coffee/treat. Supermarket is a very short walk on the main road and extremely well stocked as serving locals. The bakery is also a locals treat as they're there every morning selecting from literally hundreds of pastry and cake options with an excellent coffee bar inside. The villa feels very spacious, and whilst we were only a family of four, it was nice to have two sitting rooms (we only used one! for movie and game nights) plus the pool area with table tennis was a hit. Heated pool was a real bonus and shouldn't be overlooked if you're travelling in Autumn half term school holidays. Host was amazing, & immediately offered solutions to any questions and nothing was too much trouble for her. The giant office style cooled drinking water machine with large bottle was awesome and much appreciated to save on buying bottled every day. Ice machine in fridge perfect. Literally hundreds of cupboards everywhere for storage. Definitely could comfortably host 8-10 people no problem. The best ice cream / gelato ever tasted was in the middle of Polis (which is only a 15min walk up the street into the old town). Ignore all the chain DavInci gelato stores as serving mainly inedible highly processed tastes horrible stuff, but "Ice Dreams" is another level. Top end organic ingredients and every flavour we tried was "wow". Also the finest coffee here! "Indulgence" incredible nail bar for a teenager and give-away pricing. 3hrs for €40. Perfect result. Overall, highly recommended! The giant bluetooth speaker a winner!

Only tiny improvements offered to make it even better such as 1) the host should take better photos as it's in an amazing setting not shown in pictures! 2) the games room would benefit from fabric/pictures on the walls, curtains or cushions to deaden the sound of the pool table / air hockey etc 3) Probably worth re-decorating the bathrooms all white to freshen them up and look more "premium" as deserved. 4) Definitely buy a swimming pool polo/volleyball net to go across pool. We improvised with the hose and gave 10 days of competition fun for the family!

Loved the Villa, lots of crockery,cutlery and glasses. One of the best equipped Villas we have ever stayed in. Outdoor space was great, pool was lovely and clean and BBQ area was great. The owner was extremely helpful and always checking with us, they coordinated the mid stay cleaners with the little ones nap time which was much appreciated. Also the welcome charcuterie board was a wonderful gift.

The only minor issue we could fond was no plastic glasses for by the pool, but this is such a small thing really.

The property was absolutely amazing, the villa is even more beautiful than the photos. We had a fantastic weeks stay with family. We had everything we needed. The villa is a 5 minute walk to a supermarket, bakery and pharmacy. At the top of the road there are bus stops which take you either to Polis or Latchi. You can walk in to Polis in around 15 minutes. Latchi is around a 35 minute walk so we either got a taxi or the bus to the harbour area. Plenty of beautiful restaurants to eat at. The views from the Villa are exceptional, the outdoor areas were amazing and it was so peaceful. The villa has a full outdoor kitchen and seating area, plenty of sun loungers and space. Our bath and pool towels were all replaced by the host part way through our stay. We took a 7 month old baby and the host provided a cot, fresh bedding and spare for the cot, high chairs, bath seat and baby towels which was amazing. We cannot wait to stay again next year but for longer.

The beds were not the comfiest which was a shame. Some of the mattresses may need replacing.

Accommodation was of a very high standard - outdoor facilities were excellent with pool and barbecue area, indoors the sitting areas were very comfortable, the pool room provided us with great entertainment, and importantly the air conditioning was easy to use, effective, and covered all areas.

The Wi-Fi may need looked at as it dropped off from time to time.
