We always enjoy these villas as they are conveniently placed for restaurants and the beach and walks .

Location. Nicely furnished. Bed comfortable. Everything needed was there. Despite my criticism below, which is done so you can address issues that you probably weren't aware of, we loved your place. Parking great. Easy to access. Communication great. Complimentary treats a beautiful touch. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Tv remote instructions not easy to understand as remote didn't have all said buttons. Got by trial and error. No folder to show local restaurants, tourist attractions, wineries, shop directory, medical emergency a/h and medical centres, bus/ferry timetables. Helpful for those unfamiliar with Waiheke. Heater took a while to warm place. Hot water wasn't very hot especially for Winter. Cupboards need some CRC or tweaking as squeaky. More batteries for clock and remote.

"Super cosy, close to shops and cafes."

It was a super cosy villa. It had lots of amenities and had everything we needed. It was vey close to the town and we enjoyed being within walking distance of a variety of cafes and shops. We were also just across the road from the beach access path and enjoyed a couple of walks down to the beach during some down time.

Collecting the keys was a bit of a mission, the host said they had texted me but I never received any message and my friend had to call them to get the information. When I made the booking it said that there was a double bed and a sofa bed available, but there was no bedding for the sofa bed so my friend and I had to share the double bed. I'm not sure if I needed to specify that we wanted to use the sofa bed or not though so that could have been my bad.

The shower was warm only and the place smelt musty
