EVERYTHING IS PERFECT! I'm so glad to book this villa for our stay in Zakynthos. The location, facility, view, and decoration of this property are the most cost-effective I've ever experienced. It's a wonderful place and friends or family to spend day and night together. Last but not least, the service of the host is perfectly perfect. The family hosted us friendly and warmly. We always kept in touch for check-in and check-out, and he's so patient that made us feel at home! I will definitely choose this property again and hope to meet with great family again!

Spacious and nice ocean view, owner acts upon request.

Place needs to be renovated, not everything was working and it wasn't very clean (dusty floors, killed mosquitoes on the walls). Poor beds.

"Lovely spacious villa with beautiful views."

We loved our stay in this spacious villa with amazing views. There are rooftop balconies on each side of the property, which is great for finding (or hiding from) the sun. The rooms are spacious and dark for sleeping, which helps keeping the children in bed longer. The walk to the beach is easy and safe. The location is also good for exploring some of the island attractions; Turtle beach, Zante town and the Black Caves are within half an hour driving. Some nice restaurants in the area too, even off-season, which was great. The property owners are extremely nice and helpful. We can definitely recommend this villa.

Nothing is perfect, but there isn’t anything worth mentioning as a negative. It is worth having a car to make the most of your stay, but that is a personal choice obviously.
