Villino Malva Large Private Pool AC WiFi

Posizione rispetto a città da visitare, il necessario per rifornirsi in zona; l’assistenza costante ricevuta da Franco è non solo sempre pronti a dare una mano e risolvere i problemi.

Migliorerei e non non ci è piaciuto….; fase di prenotazione e personale sul posto sono due cose distinte. In fase di prenotazione i contatti erano con la proprietà in Uk: formalissimi nel dare indicazioni. Arrivati sul posto tutto facile e easy: informazioni per raggiungere la casa, accoglienza e disponibilità. Fino all’arrivo avevamo ricevuto più che altro diciamo…info freddine su cosa fare e non fare e porre attenzione perché sul posto l’aiuto sarebbe stato non scontato, anzi difficile!!; Invece tutto ok e supporto costante; se proprio si puntualizza: robottino piscina..da rivedere; animaletti pochi rispetto all’essere in campagna e con un grande giardino; intorno alla casa ci sono terreni incolti o quasi ; masserie non saprei se abitate costantemente. La casa è isolata: macchina utile; … a piedi … “almeno almeno almeno “ venti minuti dal primo market. L’aria condizionata forse da revisionare un po’. Alla fine sul posto è stato tutto molto facile. Ps: tener presente che se ci sono problemi mandano un tecnico e ti aiutano ma il territorio è vasto e può essere necessario fissare un appuntamento; abbiate pazienza e farete una vacanza meravigliosa.

Lovely location it's so quite and peaceful and a great spot to explore from, the pool is great and prefect for our two teenage boys, the wifi was also great. You have to visit Scicli only 10 mins up the road it's beautiful. Great shops and beaches all nearby (driving). Franco was a super host and very helpful.

Some of the facilities and a little tired and need some tender loving care you'd want a better finish for the money, draw fronts came off when you opened the draws, one of the shower heads needs replacing it's clogged up and the shower leaked all over the floor, kitchen floor is tired, AC leaks a bit now and again, patio door handles are about to fall off,a couple of tiles on the patio are raised and coming off, the electric keeps going off (easily fixed by turning the trip switch back on). All that said we still loved it, Franco is the best host and probably get's away with not keeping on top off all of these things because he is super nice

Het is keurig vakantie huis maar wel hier en daar heeft het hard onderhoud nodig, maar wie rust zoekt zeker een aanrader.

Very nice villa with very large and well-maintained backyard. Our host, Franco, was extremely helpful and reacted very fast to our all requests. The weather was very hot but the air conditioning inside the villa worked flawlessly. The pool was the biggest we have ever had in these kind of villas.

Everything was okay. Nothing to complain.
