"An Oasis of Calm in Rayong"

The villa was an oasis of calm in Rayong. The pool and garden games were enjoyed by the children and the large garden was relaxing for everyone. Charcoal and ice was provided for a small cost and we had great BBQs. The good kitchen facilities allowed us to cook regularly for our large group. The rooms were a good size and comfortable. The Housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. Bicycles were provided for local shopping or going to the beach. The local beaches were good. The property was fenced and the entrance was continuously monitored by the Housekeeping staff.

Just minor comments. The facilities were generally very good but the TV/Karaoke etc was complicated and we only used it when the Housekeeper came. The bicycles would have been better with more maintenance, oiling etc. We had a minivan to take us to the beach but the beach was about 10 minutes away on bikes. No safe was provided,

It was very nice and peaceful. The ground keeper was very helpful and kind. The pool where lovely everything where were perfect. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you again my family and friends really enjoy our stay😊

Charming place , you feel at home with an exotic feeling being away in an escape. the furnitures are good, enjoying a lovely breakfast outside nearby the pool, hearing the songs of the birds. The host is lovely, just ask anything you wish and you are exhausted with someone driving you for anything you need ! They even drove us to the "real" seafood market where boats just landed and grabbed some fresh Blue crabs alive for like 450THB the Kg. The city is not crowded, the beaches beautiful, prices are awesome.. The city has anything you wish for enjoying real locals spirit. The Villa is spacey, internet is really great, clean bedroom, cozy place. Well deserved, even laundry within the house, and 10 min walk or bike, you reach the non crowded beach which is awesome. The place is really safe for quiet of mind.

It was perfect for a group of friends or family, a very stylish house with a lot of activities, the staffs were very nice and polite. I really enjoyed with bar-b-q party at night, karaoke singing, using a telescope, and playing the game with my friends. I will come back again!

There have only 2 toilets for 4 bedrooms and one toilet can't be flushed the next day.
