Location, communication, size of property, and number of beds were excellent for a group! (2 families in our party)

Beds could be more comfortable, and if you're a light sleeper there were barking dogs at night (only an issue for 1 person in our group).

Clean and spacious house, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Lots of hot water.

Slightly awkward road access- very narrow one way system. Outside space is small and overlooked. No washing machine. Gas oven that is difficult to light!

The host was so very friendly and helped answer all my questions before arrival! The place is clean and tidy. We loved that we could grill outside & cook in the kitchen, and since we talked in advance, we knew what to bring in order to be able to cook for 9 people (an oven dish for cooking potatoes, a whisk etc). There are plenty of plates and glasses. And there's a washing machine for the plates so you don't have to worry about that.

The oven works on gas and it was kind of hard to not get our meals carbonised, but we learned something new (and all the dishes were amazing anyway, no one complained - we just tossed what was burned before serving).
