Villa Elisette by Impero House

The location was great. The view was amazing. There was plenty of space and a lot of pans, pots, and crockery. Quirky decor, which we loved. Good hot showers of medium pressure. The garden was looked after, very large with beautiful plants and flowers and we had two sunbeds and a gazebo. Safe, friendly village. I would recommend highly for those looking for traditional decor and victorian type style. Not modern decor or contemporary. You will need cars to travel up and down to the Lakeside. The roads curve and bend through interesting hamlets.

The villa was advertised with three showers, but there appeared to be one-off limits. This was an ensuite bathroom off the double room with a balcony. The door was locked. With 3 generations in our party, a 3rd shower would have helped. One bathroom had a handheld shower hose over the bathtub, but a little slippy for the older people. The WiFi was non exsistant, so when we needed to check in with home and arrange trips over the internet, we had to use our personal data. Which was frustrating as some family members didn't have extended roaming possibilities. We were left towels, which was very helpful, but a washing machine would have been ideal, so we could have washed them halfway through the holiday. I suggested to the villas owners to place a helpful information booklet in the villa. With instructions and program details for the dishwasher. What to do with the rubbish and recycling. Some of the garden furniture had seen better days. Rotting wooden table, dirty gazebo tent flaps, and ripped sun lounger pads. And an old BBQ range was left to rust upside down in the corner of the garden.

it is a beautiful house designed and fitted with good taste and a nice location. it is quite well equipped

it seems that the company responsible for management of the villa is focussed on efficient transfer of the house feom one guest to another and only basic cleaning. the house was generally vlean but the table outside was rotten with visible signs of fungea the garden furniture was dirty. the management company reactwd quickly to this as well as a number of bulbs that were out of order. but there was no welcome information on the basic featurea of the house like garbage selection and disposal. no info on wherabouts locally etc. the house would benefit very much from a washing machine

Spacious house with nice views and pleasant garden

I would have appreciated if the wifi worked and if someone would have cleaned the house at least every 2 days if not daily
