"The house has potential, but it is too dirty and the equipment is too old."

We like swimming pool (owner take care of that). The place was quiet and calm. The highest floor is quite nice, there is separate bedroom, living room, kitchinette and nice balcony.

The whole house was dirty (even the dishes), showers are uncomfortable, bathrooms are very untidy, small and old, air condition works quite badly. You must remember to have money for deposit. On the last day of your stay, the owner checks the house very scrupulously.
