Ancient estate "Il Trignano"

The breakfast was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. Claudia was always so helpful in recommending places to visit, where to eat, shop.

On our first visit, the drive was a bit of a nightmare but the next time we just drove in, no problem at all. I think it was a case of also getting used to the hired car.

Location was fantastic overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and historic church. Absolutely delightful. The breakfast was prepared by the host using organic ingredients from the estate.

A stunning location with a superb host. The host, Claudia, gave us a warm welcome to this fantastic place. Her english is good and she was really helpful, also with subjects not related to our stay, like booking a restaurant and helping us with excursions. The restaurant within walking distance is really worth a visit. Claudia is very knowlegeable about culture and traditions. She use this to make traditional food and drink herself, with ingredients from their property. Guests benefit from this, the breakfast was homemade, tastful and a nice start to the day. They make a splendid wine at the property, we bought a few bottles. They also offer a winetour, unfortunantely we did not have time to do this. The pictures on the profile represents reality. We stayed here at the start of february, even mid winter we wish we could’ve stayed here longer. We really want to come back here again when it’s warmer, to sit outside and enjoy the amazing view. Staying here was like balm for the soul.

Maybe some new pillows or a comfier sofa would have made it the perfect stay!

This was an amazing property. The host Claudia went out of her way to ensure our stay was both enjoyable and memorable. She was so knowledgeable about the area in particular the culture and food, a journalist who has helped put Vietri sul Mare on the map. We felt as though we had a personalised tour guide. We were served a wonderful and generous breakfast each morning with produce from the property!!! The weather was not kind to us but Claudia more than made up for it with her kindness and generosity. It is not a big tourist destination so we got to experience an authentic town on the Amalfi coast and were so inspired by the artisans that make this destination the home of ceramics. We hope to visit again in the future for a lengthier stay- do not miss it!

Beautifully designed apartment with lovely garden and amazing view. The host is very kind and enable us to take a tour in the enormous garden of this property and also support us to find alternative travel plans. We enjoyed our stay at Vietri that is significantly less crowded than other Amalfi towns and yet very beautiful.

The beds are not very comfortable, especially the bed at the leaving room
