Casa con piscina a 1 km del mar y del pueblo

Locatie vlakbij het dorpje en baai. De beheerder was heel vriendelijk en kwam spullen brengen die misten.

Het huis ziet er prachtig uit aan de buitenkant maar is aan renovatie toe. Binnenin vrij rudimentair ingericht met zware donkere meubelen en weinig licht. Alles oud. Prijs kwaliteit niet echt in verhouding. Muggen.

Prachtige tuin met heeelijk zwembad. Dichtbij alcudia. Op loopafstand dus super!

Hygiëne: kakkerlakken waren boven. Ze hebben we direct een schoonmaker gestuurd om het op te ruimen. Dus bij elke vraag kwamen ze snel in actie. Prijs-kwaliteit vond ik wel matig. Veel geld voor een weekje.

The Villa is beautiful. Big Pool, good air conditioning and very close to the Old Town. We had a great stay here and would recommend it to other groups. Marisa who looked after the property was lovely. We got the keys through a lockbox on arrival and did the checkin with her the next day. We paid a 300 Euro deposit which we got back in full at the end of the stay and also paid for the electricity for the week 69 euros. We were made aware of these charges before the stay so they were expected. On our last day our flight wasn't until 7pm. Marsia spoke with the owner and allowed us to checkout at 4pm. This was a huge relief for us and we got to enjoy our last day by the pool in the sun with no worries. We were very grateful for this.

The beds aren't very comfy and the inside dining area and kitchen has very dim lights so it can be hard to see. This wasn't a huge deal for us, but might be worth having brighter lights in these areas.

Location and outside area. Great location 10 minutes stroll to old town. And great pool and outside area.

Dirty bedding with stains. Generally old snd tired decor and fittngs throughout. Could be amazing but needs some attention. Also - be prepared not only for the security deposit but also needing to pay for electrcity (48 euros for us).
