יש מזגן רק בסוויטה למעלה. היה מאוד חם באוגוסט. הדירה לא מאובזרת- אין סבון באמבטיה, אין סבון כלים, אין קפסולות למדיח ולמכונת כביסה, אין מספיק סירים. הייתה בעיה בחלון בסלון ונאלצנו לסדר לבד. מטבח קטן מאוד. 2 מקררים קטנים מאוד.

Beds were very comfortable. The place is spacious with plenty of room for a family of 6. The location is close enough to walk to center of Brasov and main attraction, about 15 minutes’ walk at leisure. Kitchen is equipped well enough for some cooking, not anything too elaborate. There is a washing machine in the property and good Wi-Fi. Airconditioning only available on the top floor for the master bedroom. Although bottom floor rooms were cool enough even without air conditioning while we stayed, at high temperature it might be suffocating. The owner was helpful when we needed help to find the entrance and get in.

Manage expectations. While the place is nice and comfortable, it is best to know what you get beforehand. Property has 3 floors, and getting to the entrance requires some 30 steps to reach. There is no dedicated parking and at weekends and late at night it becomes very difficult to find parking nearby, especially with so many very narrow streets. Kitchen has only small fridge, another small fridge is on bottom floor. Toilets are clean, but for some reason the toilet seats are not connected properly to any of them, which makes it a moving experience. Showers have plenty of hot water, but with almost no water pressure. On top floor if you hold it above your heat, the water simply stops, and the shower head holder was broken. On hot days it becomes too hot to stay inside except on third floor, which is the only one with air conditioning.

It's beautiful, clean and spacious. A parking slot was found easily and free on the street for one apartment and available in the yard of the other one.

One of the apartments had lot of stairs to access. First to the building then to the apartment and then inside the apartment you need to go down for 2 rooms or up to another one. The air conditioning is available only for the room on the top because it's a very hot room. On this room there is a window on the roof that have a lot of sun light in the morning.

It's different from the photos and then the host said that he has 3 different rooms but this was the one we had to be. Beds are extrmely narrow, fride had a terrible smell, it was unusable, no towels, then the host offered a reimbursment of the money, but never happened, the worst experience ever in Booking.

The water could have been a bit warmer, we had the feeling that we shower with cold one.
