"Very good"

The location is perfect! Walking distance to the beaches, good restaurants on the main promenade, and a great kids playground. With a free public parking nearby. Also, Teresa and Alex were super nice and helpful when I texted them.

It's probably due to the humid environment of the island and the closeness to the ocean, but I was surprised how damp the place was. Ventilation helped only a little and when unpacking at home, the clothes felt as if sightly wet. It must be an ongoing thing because some of the apartment equipment (e.g. towel hanger) show corrosion and the kitchen wall was wet too
