Cascadas Corcovado - luxury villa

Great place to go relax. Very private. Amazing birds right in front of the porch. The owners have planted amazing gardens that draw in so many birds. The villa had everything I needed and more. Very comfortable beds. I had an all wheel drive rental suv and spent some time exploring Playa Blanca, and did a day trip to Drake Bay. Owners were wonderful and I will miss their two labradors. Already planning next years trip.

I was there in October and it rained most days of my vacation so I didnt make it to the waterfall and explore the trails.

This was the most perfect accommodation. With instant appeal from the moment you arrive in the beautifully maintained grounds of Andrew and his wife’s home. It is clear that the building is a labour of love for both of them and has been built thoughtfully. Clean, functional and perfectly appointed the place has everything you could need for a short or longer stop over and the views from the upstairs terrace are sublime. I recommend running a bath, pushing back the windows and enjoying the luxury of modern facilities with a timeless view. The beers were a great touch and the fruit from the garden was amazing. Don’t be afraid to take the track to your own private waterfall, incredible. My only disappointment was that we spent 2 days doing absolutely nothing and missed out on taking a guided tour with Andrew, I could tell we would have loved his company but we just needed to chill.
