The villa itself was very nice inside and clean, it's around 5 minutes drive from supermarkets and los Cristianos

For the full 8 days we didn't have hot water. They did come out to try and fix this but it just kept going cold, so showers were horrendous. I didn't like the fact that it appears to have a free heated pool on the main page but on the other it says chargeable , so we ended up paying for it to be heated. I think this is what caused the issues with the water inside

Villa chayofa is more like a very large bungalow. It’s in a lovely quiet town of chayofa and has the most beautiful mountain and sea views. The property is very spacious and is well equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils. The property is in a hill and is quite remote. A car is definitely needed to get about. Although there is a couple of small local restaurants 5 mins walk from Villa. The pool is a decent size and can be heated at a cost.

All bedroom have en-suites. The smallest room a very small and the en-suite is very tight for getting in and out of shower. Whilst the inside was clean on arrival, I felt the outside was very dusty and dirty. Could do with a good wash down around the pool. There isn’t enough furniture outside. The immediate patio next to doors could have done with another table and chairs set. Walking to the main outside table was annoying especially with kids and carrying food down. The property has a wrap around outside area which is lovely and spacious, but lack and character. It really needs some plants flowers or something to make it come to life. Surroundings are very boring. Considering it’s a Spanish property it’s lacked style.

La villa est idéalement située, à proximité des plages, des commerces et des restaurants. Elle est très spacieuse et dispose d’une superbe terrasse accompagnée d’une magnifique piscine. Dans l’ensemble, nous avons été ravis de notre séjour dans cet établissement ! Si nous devons évoquer quelques points négatifs, deux des trois douches n’étaient pas entièrement propres (pommeau et bac), et il y avait un peu de poussière au-dessus des armoires des chambres. Mais globalement, la propreté était tout à fait satisfaisante. Concernant l’extérieur, rien à redire : tout était parfait. Autre point positif, il y a toujours une place de parking disponible juste devant la villa.

ATTENZIONE ALLA CAUZIONE!!! Al nostro arrivo è stata richiesta una cauzione di €200 (rigorosamente in contanti), ovviamente abbiamo richiesto al personale addetto alla consegna delle chiavi di controllare le condizioni della casa insieme per riscontrare eventuali danni già esistenti, purtroppo non ci è stata questa possibilità e il controllo non è stato fatto nemmeno quando siamo andati via. Dopo una settimana (RIPETO DOPO SETTE GIORNI) dalla nostra partenza ci contattano dicendo il personale delle pulizie ha trovato due lettini rotti e quindi ci sono stati addebitati €180 senza rilasciare una fattura per questa ulteriore spesa sostenuta. ANDATE A CONTROLLARE LE RECENSIONI SU GOOGLE l'agenzia che affitta questa villa si chiama CARMEN RENTALS, lo stesso problema lo hanno avuto anche altri ospiti: vai via e ti addebitano dei danni che non hai causato tu (sempre due lettini). Altra cosa GRAVISSIMA durante il soggiorno entrano in casa senza avvisarti. Un giorno il personale addetto al cambio degli asciugamani è entrato tranquillamente all'interno della proprietà con senza bussare, io e mia moglie ci siamo trovati praticamente un uomo che passava davanti alla finestra della camera da letto. Un altro giorno, in nostra assenza, qualcuno è entrato per chiudere a chiave un ripostiglio vicino alla piscina, quando siamo arrivati era aperto e noi non avevamo le chiavi, dopo qualche giorno era chiuso. Per il resto la casa non è niente di particolare, camere da letto piccolissime, esterni molto trascurati con arredi in pessime condizioni, senza l'auto è praticamente impossibile raggiungere l'alloggio, a Tenerife ci sono tanti alloggi migliori allo stesso prezzo.

Very nice location - several minutes driving from Costa Adeje. Ideal villa for family. Might be too small rooms for several couples. Nice small restaurant 2 min walking distance with polite locals sitting every evening at the same tables...:) Really nice and warm pool. Personal very easy to reach. All problems are solved without delay.

Villa is located on the first line from busy road which is not absolutely quiet even at night.
