Villa del Duque Chayofa

Everything was amazing at this villa and we could not find a fault. The villa is beautiful and the pool fantastic. So much room for my nephews to run about. My whole family have agreed this was like a home from home. The beds and pillows were so comfortable i have purchased the pillows myself. The owners were fantastic and super quick to answer any questions like taxi number etc. A big thank you to carl and charlie for renting this villa we had a superb time

We stayed at this wonderful villa from January 17 to January 26, 2025, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the host welcomed us with warmth and kindness, making us feel right at home. The villa is perfect in every way—clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with everything you need for a carefree and relaxing stay. The peaceful surroundings, cozy atmosphere, and attention to detail made our vacation truly special. Every morning, we woke up to tranquility, and every evening, we enjoyed the comfort of this amazing place. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Thank you so much for your hospitality and for creating such a perfect retreat. Highly recommended—10/10!

Great and clean villa in a chill neighbourhood.

The location was great, close to Los Cristianos. Quiet area with a nice view on the coast, parking included behind the premises. Villa was well equiped with all the necessary things, heated pool and barbacoa. We loved it!

The spaciousness of the house was great, the pool catches a lot of sun so even in the early morning and late evening it was very comfortable temperature. The villa is away from the major tourist areas but is a 6 minute taxi ride to most of the popular areas (between 7-14€). There's 2 lovely restaurants nearby and a shop. It is located in a very hilly area so too much walking around might not be for everyone. There was ample relaxation area around the outside of the house with a dining area, a couch sitting area, sun loungers. The main sitting area also has air conditioning for the hotter afternoons. We had ample towels provided to us for use. Overall it was fantastic and we felt incredibly at peace in the villa, we all did one beach day and then swore we wouldn't leave the villa after that as it was so much more comfortable with the pool! You can see theres a lot of thought that has been put into making the villa as comfortable as possible for the guests. Don't be alarmed there's also a parrot somewhere in the neighbourhood that whistles every so often which used to surprise us when we were in the pool! We really appreciated the dishwasher and the washing machine as with the large group it was much easier to run the dishwasher and the washing machine meant we could have fresh clothes! The villa exceeded expectations and I've told many people about it!

Only one of the bedrooms had AC and the nights could be very uncomfortable. Easily fixed there's a company that will drop off rented AC units for a week for about 70€. The downstairs bedroom that had an attached bathroom did not have a window and air circulation was not very good, perhaps a fan or AC unit might help with this. There was not enough mirrors around, so if you wanted to check your makeup/hair you had to go to one of the bathrooms. Would have appreciated some.heads up about the pool guy coming to clean the pool, that was a surprise. Only one wooden chopping board for the kitchen, maybe some smaller ones would be useful. The lights in the sitting room would not turn on so we moved some lamps from the bedrooms to the sitting room because it got quite dark in the evenings when we were all relaxing in the sitting room, perhaps some lamps for subtle lighting instead of the harsh overhead lights.

This villa was absolutely amazing. Spotless Heated pool. BBQ. Lovely outdoor space Kitchen equipped with everything you could ask for. Bedrooms Spacious Beds so comfortable. View from the balcony stunning. Tv had movies for everyone. What a find. 15 minutes away from los Américas and Los Cristianos by car Two local bars and a shop serving coffee with a seating area outside. It was so relaxing and so peaceful. Definitely going back Thanks Carl we had a wonderful holiday
