So many problems in room and service department

Speaker not working tv display problem small swimming pool not clean worst service bad experience

I missed my charge and asked to do courier but owner not care taker didn't responded and didn't done the courier. I asked to pay on my own cost to courier but full that request also. Total not safe for if you forget your belongs means you lost it never have chance to recovery because people can't go and collect due cost more than what we have belong.

We booked this property in booking.com and later the property person called us informed that this property was already booked and suggested another property for same price and shared the photos and demanded an advance payment to confirm the booking. If the property was booked already why was it listed here?? We asked the same question to them and they blamed booking..com for not removing it. We agreed and booked the other property https://maps.app.goo.gl/eN2XUUy625eTCriQA?g_st=com.google.maps.preview.copy located in Nemmeli area. That property entrance had security who never allows someone inside without proper permission but the property does not have any security cameras. Someone broke into the property at early morning 3:30 after everyone slept through swimming pool door access which only the property people knows bcz all the other main doors were locked and they stole all our wallets, credit cards, mobile phones and laptops. This was terrible experience and we immediately reported this to the property staff but they did not take it seriously. We had already filed a police report and we will not leave this property people to scam any other group. Do not fall for their trap. They planned this and robbed us. Do not book this property if you like to have a pleasant stay experience. I have also included images of the property people sharing images of the other property and payment demand.This property is a gated villas.

The place was changed by the host at the last moment but it was ok. Nice and professional host. Caretaker was also.helpful.

Lights kept on switching on and off and I had to switch it off permanently to prevent myself getting upset. Wifi got connected but the host forgot to recharge the wifi. Hence the wifi did not work.
