Very peaceful! We loved having a relaxing breakfast on the balcony with the jungle and birds right there. Gusto's restaurant next door was amazing. Location was close to many snorkeling beaches and other water activities.

The coffee maker was extremely slow to heat up water and brew the coffee. Still no coffee at 10 plus minutes. So we finally had to heat water in the hot pot and pour it through the coffee and filter to get coffee. It may have had something to do with the solar power. It took a bit to get hot water for the shower

Great property with bikes to use. The setting is beautiful in the jungle near the beaches.

The home was beautiful, and the floors were very clean. Beautiful and bright home. Neat layout.

Strong odor of mold, must, and what reminded us of pet urine. The bedding smelled bad, and the bed was the hardest bed ever. We slept on beach towels spread over the bed. The upstairs bathroom had mold and mildew all along the bottom of the shower curtain, and the toilet wouldn't flush. Dead spiders and cobwebs on the wall behind the upstairs bathroom door. We checked out the next day and found a different place in town. The host was responsive and apologetic about the stay. He stated that when he went there to retrieve the keys, he noticed no odor. He also said the toilet worked fine for him. My husband and I were surprised to hear this. It was difficult to get a cab from the location, so a rental car would be best.

Alfredo is such a friendly and responsive host. We had everything we needed and he gave us recommendations for restaurants around the island. Beautiful and spacious property with its own cenote and balcony. Lovely garden. Great location for diving as it’s a 3 min drive and you will need to get a taxi/ rent a car to get to the main town. There are bikes you can use for free too

Alfredo is an incredible host, he was always looking out for us. The house is very nice, very spacious and surrounded by vegetation, which makes the place very quiet. The ideal is to rent a car to be able to move around the island and not be worried about getting a cab. The center of Cozumel is 10 minutes away by car so the supermarket, crafts and souvenirs are very close. There are several beaches less than 30 minutes away by car so practically the location is perfect. It only remains for me to thank you for all the facilities and attentions that our wonderful host had and I promise to return the next time I visit the island.

Set away from the cruise ship crowds. A few restaurants very close. Relaxing and Alfredo is very helpful and accommodating
