Big, spacious, great location Very good kitchen and saloon

Very bad wifi. Uncomfortable beds in 2 rooms. Many sick cats in the yard.

The location is great to the beach plus all the restaurants in Nidri are walking distance. We were welcomed with a basket of treats on arrival which was lovely. There was enough room for 6 as the house is quite spacious with a great undercover balcony and a very large green garden space. It has 2 toilets and although only one bathroom we were aware of that so accommodated for it. The hot water is solar which is great as it had also had hot water supply backup. Being able to use the pool in the hotel was a great bonus also and we love having a washing machine.

There was a smell in one of the bedrooms, plus the toilet on the lower level appeared to leak. There was no smell so perhaps from the sistern. Although it was lovely to get a basket of goodies on arrival we felt it would have been better to supply basic essentials like coffee, tea, salt and pepper, plus extra garbage bags and a cloth to wipe the surfaces in the kitchen with. We only had a sponge scourer which we had to use to wash the dishes then wipe the kitchen bench down. The pillows were also very hard plus the beds but that’s subjective as some might like this.

Great location, close to the beach and Nidri centre. Excellent staff! Pool is great, as is pool bar.

Nothing!

The treadmill removed from the Master Bedroom. I kept bang my ankles on it! A hook to hang the shower up as we had to hold it up by hand.

very spacious and nice. well equipped home good for our family of 6+baby. They were quick to accommodate a crib and answer any questions. Proximity to beach and boat rental were a fine bonus. walking distance to beach and the restaurant strip.

Excellent location, near the excellent Pinewood restaurant

No extraction in the downstairs toilet. No shower. The spiral staircase.

There was quite an angry neighbour when we accidentally walked through their garden (we got slightly lost walking back from the beach and had followed the path the employee was taking) who sprayed us with a hose from their balcony - which was not unpleasant as it was 30 degrees! But there were 4 of us and I had a 2 year old and I am 6 months pregnant so was a bit unnecessary! But we do get that we walked the wrong way. But it didn't take the shine away from the stay as it was beautiful and the staff are lovely!

The Villa was lovely for my family holiday. We all enjoyed our stay. Lots of shops, restaurants and bars all within east walking distance. the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. It could have done with a few more kitchen utensils (as we cook a lot) and better pillows but apart from that everything was brilliant. Also a very nice beach at the end of a path and my kids hired a boat there for the day too and went visiting some local bays.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Great location, only a 2 minute walk from a quiet beach. 5 minute walk to the centre of the town.

The spiral staircase, not good for the elderly.
