Beautiful house and place. It is beautiful resort. Nice spa. About 20 min to main gondola ski resort. Aleksandar and Reni are very nice.

There is nothing you cannot like in this house

The place is great, inside a well kept resort, got everything You need. We stayed during the winter and it was very warm inside despite cold temperature outside. Very cozy chalet, great for short and long stays. The managers of the property were very nice, responsive and helpful as well.

Nothing to complain about

Booked this property for a weekend stay (3 days), attracted by the advertised amenities and expecting a comfortable experience. Unfortunately, our stay was marred by a series of disappointments and issues. 1. **Misrepresented Bed Sizes:** The property listing promised King Size beds, but upon arrival, we found only Queen Size beds (150-160cm width). This discrepancy was not only uncomfortable but also misleading. 2. **Contract Inconsistencies:** We were required to sign a contract at check-in, which stated that the beds were 180cm in width and that each guest would receive a set of three towels. However, this was not the case. We received only two towels per person, and the two children in our group had no towels at all. 16 towels for 10 people. 3. **Extra Charges for Basic Amenities:** When we requested additional towels, which were supposed to be included as per the contract, we were asked to pay an additional 50 BGN. This request was both unreasonable and unexpected, considering these were basic amenities that should have been provided. 4. **Poor Maintenance and Comfort:** The sofa in the property was broken, contributing to an uncomfortable stay. Additionally, one of of the bathrooms is not heated and difficult to access, the main hall had a persistent smell of smoke from the fireplace, and we had no TV for the duration of our stay. 5. **Unpleasant Host Interaction:** The most disheartening aspect of our stay was the behavior of the curators (a family couple). They were dismissive and derogatory when we raised our concerns, particularly regarding the towel and contract situation. Being called 'petty' and subjected to derogatory terms was both unprofessional and disrespectful. Overall, despite the issues encountered, we did find aspects of the property to be quite likable, and believe it has the potential to offer good value for money.

It was very comfortable and clean, excellently equipped kitchen and barbecue. The hosts were kind and helpful. We would definitely visit them again.

There should have been dish towels in the kitchen and dish cleaning liquid and a drainer to put washed dishes. Not everything goes into the dishwasher immediately! One roll of paper towel to start off with would be helpful In the bathrooms: only one bathroom had a bath towel/mat to stand on after the shower The floor was quite slippery The other 2 showers did not have any kind of towel or mat for the floor. Again for this type of accomodation it feels “cheap” not to have an extra set of towels for each person

Good location

The place gets very hot in the summer and it needs some air-conditioning.

Probably the facilities like swimming pools; we had a price at the hotel but going to the actual spa they changed to higher prices; a bit disappointed
