La Masseria è in mezzo al verde, un posto molto rilassante. La casa è grande e fresca, c'è un bel posto fuori per mangiare e fare grigliate di pesce. Dentro c'è tutto ciò che serve. Riccardo è stato un host super ospitale e accogliente!

Als je wat vroeg werd er ;ja komt goed gezegd, maar dat kwam niet goed. Moesten zelf toilet papier kopen en de vraag wat er met de kittens gebeurde werd niet beantwoord. En dat was voor ons een echte domper. Ik hoop dat de volgende huurder de zorg op zich neemt. 🙏 Je kan ze niet laten verhongeren. Te zielig

Struttura vicina ad un mare bellissimo, la spiaggia di Felloniche, cosa che ha reso la vacanza molto piacevole. Il proprietario, , Riccardo, molto attento, gentile, disponibile e reperibile per ogni problema.

Rapporto qualità prezzo non adeguato. La scarsa manutenzione della struttura non è decisamente adeguata al prezzo . Se ci si aspetta una "villa di lusso" come viene presentata nelle fuorvianti descrizioni sui siti , meglio cercare altrove. Scarsa pulizia (all'arrivo abbiamo trovato un topo morto in putrefazione davanti ai bidoni dalla spazzatura posizionati nel patio fuori la cucina) , cucina vetusta, patio con tavolo per mangiare lontano dalla cucina, rubinetti rotti e consumati, piscina condivisa con altri e distante dalla casa, vegetazione selvatica ovunque. Pagando quel prezzo in Puglia non ci si aspetta di doversi accontentare. Il prezzo andrebbe dimezzato perché la struttura è molto vecchia e trascurata. La vera criticità è in prezzo in relazione a ciò che realmente è la struttura.

This masseria is fantastic! It's located in a huge forest, with big trees, ancient brick walls and beautiful sea views. It's very tranquil and serene. On the domain are 3 houses for rent and 2 houses where the family owners are living (grandparents, parents and a newborn). Because the area is so big, you don't see the other guests or the family often, so you'll have plenty of rest! The pool is really big and very beautiful and comfortable! Our children loved swimming there and everything you need to enjoy is available (fridge to stock some drinks or food, mattresses for in the pool, sunbeds, tables,...). The house itself is very spacious and historic. There is even one room in a 'trullo' and the airco works very well. Although you feel away from the world, the house is only a short drive from restaurants, supermarkets and cute villages. We loved the area. Because it is so southern, there wasn't too many tourism, and all the villages and beaches where peaceful and serene.. If you want a unique experience, with a historic house in the most serene and tranquil place, you should definitely choose this house!

We really loved the house! If we have to say one minor thing, then it is that the (very beautiful) terrace was a bit far from the kitchen and the entrance, so it wasn't super easy to eat outside 🤷🏼‍♀️

Le cadre est magnifique, un logement indépendant en pierres au coeur d'une pinède avec vue sur la mer au loin. L'immense piscine de 16m de long est très agréable, avec des transats confortables et une zone ombragée. La literie est confortable et il ne manque aucun équipement, y compris les basiques en cuisine (sel, huile, pastilles de lave vaisselle...). Merci à Ricardo pour son attention.

Nous avons tout apprécié, mais il faut savoir que ce logement est isolé et que vous aurez besoin de la voiture pour tout déplacement. Et oui certains meubles sont usés, certaines charnières cassées mais c'est le charme de l'ancien !

Die Lage ist gut, das Haus ist ausreichend groß und die Klimaanlagen arbeiten einwandfrei. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich sofort bei Problemen.

Allgemein ist die Anlage relativ ungepflegt, auch der Pool, der dafür sehr groß ist. die Einrichtungsgegenstände im Haus sind teilweise sehr alt und teilweise defekt.
