Ubicación cercana a Funchal, parada de bus cercana para bajar al centro que está a unos 15 minutos ( sin bono son 2 euros ida ). Recomiendo para ir al centro ir en bus, evitas ir en coche por cuestas con pendientes pronunciadas, curvas y los coches se incorporan por vías de difícil visibilidad, además que no es fácil aparcar en el centro. Ir andando se puede bajar, son como 45 minutos de bajada a pié, pero subir es muy duro todo subida y con pendiente. Me gustó la zona verde privada, la piscina, la disponibilidad del propietario. La vivienda tiene todos los servicios, zona verde, piscina, utensilios de cocina, plancha, lavadora... Que no esté en la ciudad permite vivir mejor la experiencia, pudimos ir andando a churrascaria Sao Roque, y preparar nuestra propia esperada con los locales, comida económica y muy buena experiencia.

Super netter Vermieter, war immer zur Stelle. Toller Blick auf die Stadt. Bushaltestelle vor der Tür. Supermarkt fußläufig. Toll ausgestattete Küche und Wohnung insgesamt.

Piękny apartament z ogromnym tarasem oraz parkingiem. Mając samochód idealna lokalizacja do zwiedzania wyspy dzięki szybkiemu wyjazdowi na główną trasę. Gospodarz bardzo kontaktowy, doradził w wielu kwestiach.

A clean and spacious apartment, with everything you need for your stay and in a good location (about 5 minutes drive from city centre). A great host who was very responsive and had helpful tips/recommendations. Would recommend to anyone staying in Funchal.

o studio é muito agradável com todas as comodidades, ideal para 1 ou 2 pessoas. a pressão da água é fora de serie o espaço exterior é espectacular para relaxar ao final do dia com uma vista incrível. a garagem é uma enorme mais valia. por fim e não menos importante, o Sr. Nuno é muito acessível e afável. No geral 5*, recomendo.

o único ponto que poderia ser melhorado, são os colchões e as almofadas que poderiam ser mais rijos.
