Well-thought-out apartments that have everything you need for comfortable living, from a coffee machine, toaster, and washing machine to a potato peeler. A cozy and spacious living room with a beautiful view of the garden. The apartments are located away from the city centre, which was an ideal option for us, as it is very quiet at night and we can sleep well. Brilliantly friendly and helpful owner

Cozy studio apartment in a quiet location, away from the "hotel zone". It had everything we needed, especially a washing machine and off-street parking. Nice views and close to supermarkets and basic service, although a car is necessary. We didn't spend much time in Funchal so the location was very convenient for us.

The bed, although it was spacious enough for the 3 of us, is actually made of two beds that are smaller than a double bed. As a result, it's a bit tight for 2 adults.

Everything was just perfect! The facilities are great, you have everything you need and more. Our host Nuno was incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming. The view was amazing and we even had the pleasure to be accompanied by the sweetest cat :)) Definitely would stay there again!

Nino, the host was the best part of my stay. As a female solo traveler I felt safer thanks to him. First of all, the previous guests took longer to check out so the room was not ready when I arrive. So Nino decided to take me to the center of Funchal with to show me around and give me some recommendations of places to visit. I really enjoyed that. Also It was my first time visiting Madeira so I got lost twice. Nino was nice enough to pick me where I was so I could get back to the apartment safely.

First of all, Nuno is a great host. We arrived quite early so the residence wasn't ready yet. But Nuno stayed in touch with us for an update when the house was ready. Whenever we messaged Nuno with a question during our stay, he was super quick to respond and very friendly. We noticed the water in the shower wasn't draining, let Nuno know and he offered to fix it right away. The view of the residence is super nice and it feels quite peaceful. It's a 2 min walk to the bus which takes you down to the centre of Funchal in about 15 minutes for only 2 euros. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend!

Very helpful and friendly host. Amazing apartament, comfortable, big kitchen and living room with all facilities you need or even more 😅 Big wardrobes, comfortable bed, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, iron, everything what we needed. Highly recommend! 🌴❤️😍

The flat was lovely and clean, very well furnished. Nuno is an outstanding host and gave us a very warm welcome. He helped us also with other requests. The view from the balcony/outside space was lovely and good to relax too. Highly recommended
