JVG VILLAS - Villa Carolina

We had such a great time at the Villa. It had everything you need and the views was amazing. Great pool and outdoor kitchen with everything you need. Very helpful host.

The villa itself is very nice, spacious and clean, with everything you need for your vacation. We've enjoyed the beautiful views with sunny sunsets, and a swim in the refreshing (cold water) pool, which will lit up after sundown. The romantic bed outside is a pleasant surprise, to watch the night sky or enjoy the sunshine in the morning. The host is very kind and will help you with any questions you may have.

The villa is located in a more remote part of Guimar with no street lights and some developing/building works nearby. There is a very steep hill with a small road to get to the villa itself, which can be quite scary to drive up to. Luckily you can also park your car on the base of this hill. A few meters down the villa a neighbour keeps two chained up guard dogs (not a nice sight, but they are being looked after) which can bark repeatedly during the night and will look for attention and bark when they spot you on the terrace. The host can not get in contact with the neighbour, but keeps an eye on the situation. As the villa is a bit higher up in the hills, in this time of year clouds will appear around 11am which leaves the villa without any sun. The skies cleared after sundown. The villa itself has enough heating (inside and outside) and some warm blankets to still enjoy the outside. The lighting inside the villa is cold led light, which makes the inside of the house seem cold when you put on the lights. Warmer lighting would give the villa a more homely feeling.

The Villa was amazing, with heated swimming pool, something not mentioned on Booking.com. We were swimming in it even at nights. (February) The owners of the village were exceptional, helping us with the best places to visit, restaurants, grocery shops... . They even offered us a lift to Santa Cruz de Tenerife carnival for free! Having a bbq on the afternoon seeing the stunning views or waking early morning to have a coffe watching the sun rise. Definitely a special places to spend your holiday in Tenerife. Thanks to Carolina and his family for this extraordinary time!!

Nice little villa in the quiet remote location with good views , countryside feel away from tourists traps, car is a must

Beautiful villa, with a nice pool and outside kitchen and BBQ. WiFi was good throughout the villa. Hosts were very friendly and introduced us thoroughly to the villa. Great views looking out.
