Good layout for large parties. Host was super accommodating, letting us have a late checkout which was great.

Terrible mattresses. Almost like sleeping on the floor. Water pressure was very low.

Great kitchen and lounge area for families to gather and enjoy their vacation but big enough to find your own space. The location is close to the beach, only 150 metres away. Close to restaurants and supermarkets but not near night life activities.

The road coming up to the Villa and the aspect isn't anything special and makes you worry if the place is any good but it's great. Just beware that the mosquitos are common and plenty in the laundry area, so insect spray would be nice. Also the Villa next door is being renovated (Dec 2025) and it's noisy.

Well located for local amenities and public transport. Decent bar just a few steps away and of course the beach. Good, regular clean included in the price.

Communal pool area needs TLC. No full length mirrors in the property. Large number of monkeys locally requires vigilance with possessions, windows etc.

The only thing that was unfortunate was the noise very early every morning from the neighbors/hotel gardeners. Who chose to start up the machinery at the back of the property every day. The front had no problem.
