Erkina Villas Kalami Corfu

Perfectly laid out, everything you could possibly need, great pool, great location and amazing host!

The villa is great and it has everything you need. If there is something missing, Joanna, the manager would find it for you. Joanna is a great manager. She was very helpful and organised many boat trips for us as well as anything we wanted. She is a very likeable person. Nothing was too much effort for her. Kalami is a very quiet area but with everything you need for your stay. We all loved the pool. Great size and great area.

The toilet overflew due to the amount of toilet paper that it was inside. We had never been to Greece before so we didn't know that you cannot put the toilet paper inside the toilet. However, we only put toilet paper a night. When we woke up the toilet stopped working and was overflowing. They wanted to charge us for this but surely it wasn't us taking into the account the amount that they took out. Georgia, the owner said that there were signs in the bathroom warning about this, however they were so small that if the toilet paper cover was up, you couldn't see it. Georgia agreed for us not to pay but I was disappointed for the way she spoke to us.

Great location and very helpful host Joanna. The villa and facilities were also great, the small details really made a huge difference. Arriving to water, tea/coffee, honey/bread and items like washing up liquid, laundry powder really help. The sea views from the top and middle terrace were amazing.

Excellent location in beautiful Kalami- close to beach, great restaurants, bars, supermarkets , whilst still remaining peaceful and private. Well equipped; all rooms en suite with additional bonus bathroom, hairdryers in all bathrooms, comfortable beds/ bedrooms, lovely kitchen/ living room, balcony with outside table and seating, lovely good sized secluded pool with patio, sun beds, bbq. Fantastic air conditioning which was essential in the exceptional heat. Great to have pool towels as well as bathroom towels provided. Washing machine and dishwasher made life much easier for family holiday. Extremely helpful managers- Joanna always available to answer queries, also sorted emergency doctor appointment when daughter ill. Lovely welcome pack on arrival, very much appreciated. Plenty to do in this area- boat hire available White House boats- great for exploring the coastline with so many gorgeous bays to explore. Water taxi and buses also available for further exploration of this stunning area of Corfu. Can’t fault anything.

Can’t fault anything; only suggestion maybe an extra Pyrex cooking dish/ baking tray.

Superb location right in the middle of Kalami. All Tavernas and supermarkets are within easy walking distance. Zero noise from the road. The Villa was comfortable and well equipped. Despite my family constantly using the WiFi it was excellent. We hired a car but hardly used it. Next time I will not bother with a car. Captain George is perfect for trips into corfu town or evening dinner reservations.

It would have been nice to have some soft outdoors seating and additional pillows on beds.

We stayed at the lovely Villa Myrto. It’s spacious, both upstairs and downstairs. There were 5 of us (easily room for 6) and the house has got everything you need in the kitchen as well as a dining table and a comfy sofa in the open-plan kitchen/diner/lounge. The balcony is large enough to seat 6 very comfortably and there’s 4 bathrooms - 3 en-suite - to go with the really nice bedrooms. Also has a handy ironing area and washing machine downstairs. The pool area and the pool itself is also a great size. Outside the house we had room to park out hire care and there was space for at least one other if necessary. We kind of heard our neighbours when in the garden - whoops of joy from kids in the pool and the odd bit of singing! - but there was no noise when we were inside.

There was really nothing we didn’t like about the property. If we were to be very picky, just to highlight something that might make the experience even better, the wi-fi signal when in the downstairs bedrooms could be better.
