Clean and like the photos recommend

The location the villa everything was just perfect

Absolutely nothing

The photos they had taken looked like it was going to beautiful

We arrived to find that the villa was down a laneway, wich wouldnt be a problem only that there was 2 aggresive dogs next door and when you have children thats not what you want, no mention of this either....upon arrival we noticed that the ourdoor area is waterlogged therefore thick black mould around the pool edges, not only that...upon further inspection we discovered that the showers didnt even work, a slow trickle of water was the best we had, the fly screens in the lower room had big holes in them so mosquito's were getting in all night, then when we decided to rest our heads, an oddur came from the pillows so we took the covers of and fpumd that 90% of the actual pillow cusions where covered in mould also, the beds where not clean, infact 2 out of the 4 beds had hair in them...this was the worst experience weve ever had in any villa, when we tried to contact the villa the responses we got was not helpful, we only stayed the 1 night out of the 8 we booked due to the fact my wife and daughter have bad asthma, the villa was not in anyway having us get a refund of anysort, even though we had photo and video eveidence of the poor state the villa was in... WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL

We had the most amazing stay at Villa Dutch in Canggu! The villa is absolutely stunning—beautifully designed, super clean, and incredibly comfortable. It’s such a large property, each bedroom has its own large en-suite so everyone has lots of space. The staff were fantastic—so friendly and attentive, making sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. The location is also ideal, close to great cafes but as set back from the road it’s super quiet around the pool.

Very clean facilities, prompt and friendly service, great location, close to Main Street of Changgu, property manager organised massagers to villa very promptly. Great value for money!

Close to shops and food

The property is close to some nice cafes and restaurants, the beds were comfortable and the apartment is spacious with plenty of room for a large group. Once in the villa it is very quiet and peaceful.

There were several downlights not working in one of the lower bedrooms and also some faulty electrical sockets by the bed which I reported. The shower floor in the room upstairs could really do with a deep clean as it looks grubby, and the showers overall are hopeless as the water pressure is poor and the thermostat seemed to not regulate so they were either cold or scalding hot. Several pieces of the outdoor furniture are broken, we reported the daybed as it fell apart the first time someone sat on it and the owner said it was going to be replaced immediately. The power kept tripping off so we had to constantly put it back on again at the fusebox.
