Det blev varmt då vi fick veta dagar och bara hade fläktar inte AC.

Sijainti oli tosi hyvä. Paikassa oli oma yksityisranta ja parkkipaikka autolle. Paikka oli todella hyvä Iseo-järven vierailulle, suosittelen. Villan omistaja antoi vinkkejä patikointireitteihin, nähtävyyksiin jne.

Our stay at Iseo Charmed Villas was overall enjoyable, mainly because the location is absolutely perfect and the accommodation itself is very nice. However, there are a few issues that really need attention, especially considering the price of €1,605 for 9 nights. Positives Fantastic location with beautiful surroundings. The accommodation itself is comfortable and well presented overall. Both bedrooms have plenty of cupboard space and drawers, which is very useful for a longer stay. A lovely place with great potential to be truly outstanding.

Areas That Need Improvement 1. Shower Problems The shower was very frustrating to use. The water temperature constantly switched between freezing cold and scalding hot, with very little balance in between. On top of that, you have to turn it on several minutes in advance before any hot water arrives. The shower screen has also seen better days, looking badly marked and rather tatty, which adds to the feeling that parts of the property need refreshing. 2. Outdoor Furniture The outdoor sun loungers are badly worn and really need replacing. Some of the outdoor furniture is also awkward to use and can easily trap your fingers when adjusting or moving it. The outdoor tablecloth was also in terrible condition, full of holes and ready to be thrown away. 3. Construction Noise The only other issue worth mentioning is something that is not entirely the owners’ fault. At the bottom of the garden, contractors are currently building a new house. Work starts around 6:30am, usually with diesel machinery firing up, which makes for a very early wake-up call. During the day it can sometimes feel more like staying next to a building site than a peaceful lakeside retreat. That said, we do feel this should be made much clearer in the booking advertisement before guests arrive. Most hotels and accommodation providers inform customers in advance if there is nearby construction work or potential noise disruption, allowing people to decide for themselves whether the property is suitable for the kind of stay they want. 4. Payment Process Another thing to be aware of is the payment process. We assumed, like most places, that payment would either be taken automatically using the card details provided at booking or settled on arrival. However, while sitting in the airport waiting for our flight, we suddenly received a payment request asking for payment via PayPal or bank transfer. Trying to sort this out in a busy airport just before travelling was stressful and inconvenient.

De lokatie is perfect met een mooi privé tuintje aan het meer (bereikbaar via kort paadje).

We zaten er in een warme periode. Een airco mis je dan echt, net als insecten horren. Bedden niet comfortabel, kraan in keuken los, nauwelijks warm water onder de douche, interieur sterk verouderd, en muffe lucht komt uit de kelder het huis in, strandbedjes gammel. Al met al te weinig waar voor je geld (in het hoogseizoen).

L'accès au lac depuis la maison , le centre ville a 10 min à pied.

Il n'y a pas de climatisation , mais heureusement de nombreux ventilateurs a disposition qui nous ont permis de passer de bonnes nuits.

Die Lage ist wirklich hervorragend- der eigene Zugang zum See und die Nähe zum Ort.

Die Ausstattung hätte besser sein können, insbesondere in der Küche.

Comfortable, large space for a family of 3. Very well equipped. It is very close to the lake, which was great for daily swimming.

The pictures made it look like there was a clear view from the backyard to the waterfront. This was not the case as the Lake is a short walk down an alley. Also, be aware that payment for the stay is in cash, with any exchange rates applicable on the first day of stay; this is different from the booking price and could affect your choices.

We were met by host, she was lovely and very helpful throughout our stay and during the booking period. Nice property and good value. The location was great for us, a gentle 5-10min walk into the main town for bars, restaurants and shops. We were there end of September and it was nice and quiet. Had a nice little garden area with access to the lake via a little path. (Tip - Take plastic shoes if you want a swim as lake Stoney and slimy with bare feet) It had everything we needed including parking right outside.

At the time of our stay, the property on the whole was great for us and met our needs.
