The size of the room and the bathrooms, the balcony with a view.

The property has no f&b facility, doesn't have basic convenience, no options at breakfast at all and on that the rates of the rooms are heavy on your wallet. This is definitely not the rates when you don't have basic facilities.

the views, the rooms are clean, ambience, the interior, the games (pool table), overall hospitality was great! Manoj ji has a great smile and was great to deal with! they had a great surprise for my birthday :D adjusted to dietary requirements nicely.

table tennis should be bigger!
