Amazing villas and very beautiful private pools. Extremely friendly staff.

Sometimes it was a bit loud during the night, not sure if guests or the staff…

Love the environment and the theme of the hotel.

Mostly everything, good staff, new property, squeaky clean room.

Breakfast can use some improvements

No one of the staff understands English but when we told something in English during the 3 first days they always say "yes" but didn't understand anything so they didn't help us in any request. They could have at least say something like "sorry I don't understand can you translate with Google ?" Moreover the pool is so much cold and there is no sun for make it hot so it is useless and nobody could be able to stay more than 5 minutes inside. The robinet in the bathroom was blocked during more than 3 days it was really disgusting. And there was so many mosquitos we spend so much time to kill them and we put some anti-mosquitos in the room but each time they came for cleaning the room they opened the door of the pool and each time many new mosquitos came inside .. The filter of the pool was so noisy and we had to ask them several times to stop it the night for letting us sleep.. but during the day they stopped it when we could use the pool.. nothing logical. The fridge didn't get any cold it was like air temperature. And finally they propose to offer breakfast that we have already paid but when we say yes they refused by saying it's too late looooool. Can't stop laughing of this no sense offer So the place doesn't deserve its price at all and we are very disappointed.

Wonderful place to stay, clean and comfortable. Very aesthetically pleasing.
