Charming Ricefield view 3 bedrooms villa

The property had lots of space and each room was big. The kitchen was also quite spacious and location was decent also.

There are many improvements that can be made: 1. The air conditioning only works properly in one of the bedrooms. 2. The pool was not very clean - the tiles were slippy which suggested a layer of grime. 3. The bedding had holes in it and was in need of replacement. Similar for the towels. 4. Finding the villa was a nightmare! There is no name of the villa or door number visible. 5. The staff were late checking us in, despite telling them when exactly we would arrive, meaning we had to wait in the sun for 10 minutes before someone could check us in. 6. The doors also need replaced, as they are very hard to slide open and closed. 7. The main thing - there is no rice field view!! This is completely false advertising!

Ranie and putu was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The villa was very aesthetically pleasing and the room and toilet is huge.motorbike rental via the host was one of the cheapest around the area.location was superb as everything is within walking distance.dont hesitate to book the villa, you would not regret it.

Beautiful property, huge garden, big rooms, the staff is super nice and did a great job. The area is quiet in front of rice-fields and you are close to everything by walk, it’s the perfect place for holidays and to enjoy the Bali life !

Such a nice place! Really enjoyed the villa and the big pool. So quiet place but 3 mins by scooter to the beach and la Brisa! The hosts were perfect and really responsible whenever we had some needs! I will be back soon!

In general, the villa corresponds to the photos, but in some places it needs cosmetic repairs. Great location, walking distance to cafes and shops. Good staff. The owner is always in touch.

The main disadvantage, which does not depend on the owner, is that there is construction going on nearby. (October 2022) They start making noise at 7-8 in the morning. Most likely it will be a few more months.
