The view! Pool, furnishings and style were great, quiet place, isolated, feels like the highest villa on the island. Big comfy bed. Only 8 minutes on the scooter to Sairee Beach. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who is happy doing some pretty hairy scooting.

Challenging drive up to the villa (our 160cc scooter couldn't make the last 30m with the two of us on it so would recommend hiring a more powerful scooter), the steps after the drive were hard work but the view was worth it. If you don't want to hire a scooter, a taxi to Sairee will cost you 400TBH so costs would mount up pretty quickly.

Highest villa on the island, wasn't aware of the huge flight of dangerous steps up to the villa, there is no guard rails and it's incredibly dangerous, there was no rails around the edge of the villa, again this had a huge drop below and its definitely no safe for children, the villa is tired and needs redecorating, there were ants everywhere the day we arrived, the blinds do not close or open properly because the strings are worn, there's no aircon in the living space so it was very hot. It was filthy, there were dead bugs and dirt everywhere as if it hadn't been hoovered for weeks. You cannot walk up the hill so we got cabs every day

I think I've never had such a beautiful place for a vacation.

Best view in Koh Tao. Spacious, modern villa with everything you can wish for. They even had two binoculars to enjoy the view even better. The best place we stayed in Thailand.

Keep in mind that access to the villa requires walking up the stairs from the main road. Also, as it's a bit remote, access to the restaurants / beach is best done by scooter.

Simply the best place we stayed in all our trips around the World .The view is more than spectacular, the house is fantastic , the swimming pool is terrific ! The kind of place you would never leave. The host was super réactive. Lew, the person who welcomed us was so a great cooker, and fantastic woman. Just be aware that you need taxi , or to be a very good bike pilot or to have good physicals conditions, because the road is really steep . We did twice by walking, and it's a good gym ! Anyway it's worth it for sure. Go, and enjoy as we did :)
