I Sassi Bianchi - West Villa

Loved the location and view!

We thought the villa would benefit from some improvements: The bbq terrace hadn’t been swept or cleaned beforehand so I spent 30 minutes cleaning this before using it. Also, there aren’t any bath mats in the bathrooms so the floors get soaked when you shower. The hot water ran out after 2 showers, but the villa hosts up to 8 people so this was difficult when managing showers. It would also be nice to have proper bed covers instead of just duvet sheets as we were cold with the air conditioning - there are duvets in the cupboards but these are winter duvets and too thick for summer It wasn’t clear when checking in how to collect the key. I needed to turn my 5G on to contact the host when arriving so I’ll be charged for this. I think it would have been nice if the host met us on arrival or sent an email with clear instructions

Fantastic location, several beaches were a short walk with central Cavtat a 1/2 hour stroll for more restaurants, shops and boat trips. The villa had most things you'd need/want for your holiday and the sunsets from the balcony were spectacular as was the the thunderstorm we had one night. Loved exploring the area, Dubrovnik old town was great and the abandoned hotels at Kupari Bay are well worth a look (nice beach there too).

TV did not work very well so no chance of a movie night. Maybe get something that would give access to streaming services.

The villa was clean and the view was incredible. Plenty of choices to sit out in the villa sun shade with gorgeous views.

The location of the property at this time was not only very dangerous to access but a danger to life. Where ever there were steps no hand rails were available to assist with decent or assent and no lighting anywhere made it so unsafe to return after the sun went down. Equally the villa inside should provide bannisters on stairs for safety. Nasty injuries could occur if a child or adult was to fall. I hope these are constructive criticisms

Amazing villa, in a great location. Fantastic sunsets and views. Fabulous holiday. Couldn't have wished for a better place to stay in Cavtat.

The walk to the villa from the road is a bit of a trek, however well worth the trek for the brilliant views.

Access problems site hard to find due to lack of signage

The house is very spacious, comfortable and we'll equiped, including the kitchen (they have everything to cook at the house). There are several balconies with a fantastic view. We were very happy with our stay and liked everything about the villa itself.

There was a construction next to the villa and because of that we had to overcome a small challenge every day to walk up the hill with our small baby. Wasn't anything bad, but just a heads up.
