The Leaf House - Kefalonia

We had such a wonderful time at The Leaf House, we really didn’t want to leave. It is incredibly peaceful with only sounds of wildlife and nature. Babis and Mrs Efi kept the place looking immaculate without us hardly noticing.

Loved every single thing

The accommodation was immaculate, and every possible convience was provided. The location was beautiful. All facilities provided were of an exceptional quality and the communication with the staff was very good. All the staff were 1st class and extremely helpful and polite in all communication and could not do enough for us.

Excellently equipped (probably the most well equipped home I've ever stayed at - over 40 stays ) Host is extremely kind and the management team of the property just as much Pool is very well maintained A lot of extra space Very comfortable beds Obviously car needed for this location if your are planning a stay in Lixouri.

Everything was amazing, the location was beautiful and the amenities where all we could ask for the hosts were amazing so kind and responsive

I loved everything about it!

We had the most amazing stay at Leaf Villa – one of the very few places that looks even more beautiful in reality than in the pictures! The villa itself is stunning: spacious, stylish, perfectly clean, and with every little detail thought through for comfort. The pool and outdoor areas are simply breathtaking, with incredible views that made it hard for us to leave the property at all. From the very beginning, communication with Fotis was outstanding. He sent us clear instructions on how to reach the villa (even better than Google Maps), and everything was explained step by step, making the journey stress-free. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a thoughtful welcome package with fruits, juice, coffee, and more – such a kind touch after traveling. During our stay, everything ran smoothly thanks to the quiet care of the team: Babis came every other morning to keep the pool sparkling clean, and Mrs. Efi took care of fresh linens and cleaning. We always came back to find the villa spotless. Fotis and Babis are incredible hosts – kind, professional, and always available for recommendations or assistance. They truly make you feel at home while also giving you total privacy. If you are looking for a villa in Kefalonia that combines luxury, comfort, and authentic Greek hospitality, this is the perfect choice. We can’t recommend Leaf Villa highly enough and would love to return in the future!

The Leaf House was absolutely perfect for us, a family of 6 (4 adult children) just wanting to escape for total relaxation. There was plenty of space inside and out - great facilities, really good internet. Fantastic location, 15 minutes from great beaches and from the main town (Lixouri), but far enough away to escape the crowds. Incredible views from the outside space and balconies over the bay and the mountains. The outside space was excellent, really well laid out and with genuinely great facilities. Fotis and Babis were superb throughout - really useful welcome pack on arrival (food, wine etc), great and timely advice provided whenever we asked anything. Housekeeping (Mrs Efi) came every other day and was very thorough, we didn’t even know she was there. Would definitely come back - so relaxing!

Genuinely nothing.

Easy check-in and great communication with the host leading up to and during our stay. It's in a peaceful location and not overlooked in any way. The outdoor spaces were great and the furniture was really comfortable.

The location was fairly remote. 10min from a small shop. 20min into a town. It's great if you are looking for a quote, peaceful escape. Be prepared you will need a car.

The villa is situated in the hills with a beautiful view. Secluded, quiet spot with no noise.. so tranquil. We loved watching the twinkling lights over the villages and towns in the evening too. Rooms were a great size and the villa had loads of room inside and out. We are a family of 8 adults and we always felt like we had our own space. Villa is equipped with everything you could need and the host was always very accommodating. Location is very remote, you cannot walk anywhere and would need a car, otherwise you would be paying taxis into the local town and back which works out at €15 each way. It is a 15 minute drive to Lixouri to get your supplies. We enjoyed tasting wines in the local winery, sclavos wines and there is a beautiful beach Patani 15 minutes drive away with sunbeds to rent, parking and tavernas. Room was cleaned twice during our stay with all bed linen, and towels replaced. We didn’t need to bring out beach towels as they are provided too. Excellent time had at the leaf house and special memories made.

The view, the entire yard, the house is very comfortable it has absolutely everything you need.
