Such a beautiful house which is equipped with everything you need on holidays. Private beautiful beach with deck chairs. The owner Leni is always helpful with everything you need, she takes care of people, gives advices on what to see. We would like to thank for this amazing week we had! We definitely recommend this place and would be happy to be back.

Leni is a wonderful host, she does everything and even more to make your stay outstanding: she helps you with everything, she’s kind, caring and very delicate. The villa was superb and supercomfy, the staff was very charming, the villa was spotless clean every single day. The place is super close to the beach with amazing sunrises and sunsets, the private area is so out of this world, there is a lot of privacy and you basically don’t need any other beaches, everything you need is just by your doorstep! The place is a gem, I wish we could stay there longer!

I’m in love with everything

Honestly the best booking we've ever had! The place is amazing, private and facility is modern and exceptionally clean. The beach and surrounding area is not busy and feels very private. Leni is an outstanding host, very kind and helpful, genuinely caring about her guests. She arranged taxi service from the airport as well as motorbike rental and provided plenty of recommendations for all sorts of activities during our stay (including help with booking!) The place and beach looks even better than on photos. If you're staying in Koh Samui, don't make a mistake and don't miss on this place!

It is truly an exceptional place with an exceptional host. We regretted not staying longer and will certainly return when we are back in Ko Samui. We especially loved the rooftop terrace and enjoyed the lush sounds of nature high up under the palm trees. The beautiful garden is carfully maintained by Leni and her parents. Leni was super friendly and helpful. We could always order a taxi from her at a good price (even spontaneously for the way back from other places). The village of Mae Nam with small supermarkets and local restaurants is only about 10 minutes walk. There we could also rent bicycles. The beach around the property is very picturesque with lots of palm trees and red sunsets. We liked that many locals came here too.

Only little thing to mention: At the private beach area we heard the kitchen ventilation system of the resort next door quite clearly because of unfavorable wind.

Absolutely everything! Bungalow was super clean, there is a kitchen, so you can cook. It's located right on the Bang Tao beach, very beautiful one) with own sun beds. Location is very nice 7 minutes walking distance to the restaurants, massage and 7eleven shop, but it is of course better to rent a bike to explore the island. The owner is very helpful.

ABSOLUTELY nothing.

We loved every minute of our 10-nights stay at Lennon Maison! The apartment was spotlessly clean and very chic, there was even a fully equipped kitchenette! The location couldn't be better - it is situated directly at Mae Nam beach with a private sunbed area surrounded by palm trees. The area is off the beaten track and luckily there is no mass tourism yet, however still enough restaurants and bars in walking distance along the beach. The sea in this area is very quiet and ideal for swimming, snorkelling and kayaking. The sunsets are unbelievably beautiful! Leni, the manager of the apartments, is extremely helpful and kind. She had so much information already prepared upon our arrival and was always a available when we needed something. She also organised our taxi trips and helped us with booking tours and using the kayak and snorkeling gear. Leni is a great host and made our stay very special - thank you so much!

The accommodation was amazing. The best of the trip to Thailand in the end. Leni was amazing, very nice. She arranged a motorbike, a taxi for us, advised where to go on the island. We definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Leni was the greatest host!! She was so kind, knows the area very well, and helped us from the beginning to the end. The villa was clean and the house keeping did great jobs cleaning every day. You are literally steps from the clean and beautiful beach and some day we had our morning coffee on the private area with sun beds by the ocean. It was also nice to hang out at the beach before the day trippers showed up. The sunset was gorgeous from the beach and also from our roof top. Wifi was very fast and it was nice to have Netflix.

Unfortunately this Baan Thai beach had been discovered and it was not as quiet and secluded as we had expected. It was very busy. Our villa was closest to the road and there was constant noise of mopeds, cars, people going by all day. The beach at the front was not really private and there were usually a couple of people from outside lounging on their own blankets. We’re woken up by the noise of garbage trucks every other nights around 2-3am so if you are light sleeper you might want to ask for the villas in the back.

This should be a lovely Letter to Leni: We stay there for one week and because of Leni it was a really wonderful stay. As we arrive, our luggage was delayed. Leni was so nice and borrowed us her own clothes, and looked after our luggage. The house (Villa No.1) was really clean and so nicely furnished. We got every Day fresh free drinking water and also some Snacks, what was also very nice. The private Beach was really perfect to stay. The Seven Eleven was maybe 600m away. Leni also organzied Transports to every where we want to go, for a little price. Unfortunately shortly before we left the ATM at the 711 got broken (remeber to always have enough cash in Thailand ;). Leni was so nice to drive us for free to the next ATM which was also broken. After all the stress Leni got with us, we couldnt even left the Tip, she and her staff deserved. If it was legal to send cash, we would. If you are searching for a beautiful, clean and really lovely stay at Koh Samui, you should stay here and give a big Tip to Leni. Leni is a wonderful person and if we ever come back to Samui we come back here and give you the tip you deserve. Thanks a lot to you.
