The safety provided to us. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The WIFI was not active, and management couldn't sort it out in 3 days. The furniture is too old and changing it will be better.

The lady who cleans the house is so polite, caring and made sure we were comfortable.

The landlord had very poor communication when we had to check in, we waited 3 hours outside. She didn't pick up the phone. The wi-fe is terrible,no cable TV we had to request it and a technician had to be sent in to fix the TV.
