Excellent location! Beautiful apartment with a very nice kitchen, two bathrooms, and a nice sized living room space.

Everything was as expected.

The location, the layout of the apartment, good mattresses and cute outdoor dining area.

The place smelled really musty and wet and it was very unpleasant. There were fungus gnats flying around constantly in the main living area as if they were attracted to something under the carpet.

Great location. Very clean.

Location is amazing. Easy, free parking. Walking to restaurants, thermal pools, stores.

Couldn’t find washer/dryer; not well explained.

Both rooms are located upstairs while the big bathroom is located downstair. The smaller upstairs bathroom had a shower curtain that was too short. The kitchenware available was a little bit random, it wasn't easy to actually cook something, a few things were missing. Too few glasses too. More expensive than other similar places we've stayed at around Sao Miguel, but it could be the Furnas factor, most of the properties there were pricier. Nevertheless, less value for money than elsewhere in my opinion.

Location

The description says the facility is air conditioned with private parking - actually there is only one ductless AC unit in the first floor and there is no private parking. Both bed rooms upstairs had un-fresh smells - AC was not able to reach the second floor, the windows were not able to be opened because of the flying bugs. The cooking pots in kitchen were all non-stick with many scratch/peelings. There were no place to hang the bath towers in bathroom, no shampoo. The backyard and side yard (where the private parking supposed to be) were not maintained at all and face a abandoned property . While we trying to figure out the "private parking", got scratches on the leg from the wild plants. Then we were told to parking on the street. The doors need to be closed quickly otherwise the flies get in. On the last day, a bug was found on one of twin size beds. Wash machine and dryer are in back yard - inconvenient.
