少し扉などの立て付けが悪い
JPJPセルフチェックインか簡単でした。 トイレも綺麗なトイレがありした。
ジャンプーすると髪がとてもギシギシしました。 また、食器類はセルフで洗って元の場所に戻すのですが、これは性善説に依存するので、食器の衛生面が心配です。
JPデリバリーの食事が非常に美味しかったです。部屋も快適でした。
お風呂がもう少し広いといいですね。

AUIt's a traditional Japanese home, with futons and a great choice of records. On top of that, there is a piano. A little untuned, but otherwise alright. This was my first time sleeping on a futon, but it was really comfy. The entire house was really near and clean, and had a very retro appearance which made it feel lived in. The location is perfect, close to Odawara Station and a convenience store is just around the corner.

Hard to find it, maybe the location should be changed as you enter from the rear of the property.
USThis is a traditional Japanese house near the train station. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, with one hot plate and enough pots, pans, dishes etc. There are two toilets, which was nice!
The owner will charge you for every 30 minutes past a check out time of 10am. It’s listed at 1,000 yen on all property documents but the owner said she would charge me 3,000 yen per 30 mins. I asked her to honor the printed price, but she did not agree, which left me with a negative feeling. There is one shower that does not match the quality of the rest of the house. There is a washing machine that did not function well, leaving our clothes with a mildew smell which was unfortunate. There is a piano but it is out of tune.

NLConvenient near Odawara station for shinkansen and going sightseeing in Hakone area. Nice instructions for finding the place and checking in. Warm welcome with tea and snacks. Spacious and anything you need is present (hairdryer, freezer, coffeemachine, cooking supplies, clothes rack, extra bedding and more). There are lots of restaurants in the neighbourhood and station area
Don't go here if you don't like old houses where not everything is spic and span or outdated. Also be aware that although big groups can stay here, there is no real seperation of rooms, just a room divider in the form of a sliding door. The check-in procedure with filling in forms and providing passport copies is a bit tedious, could be made more lean and customer friendly (requesting double information or not mandatory information).
