AltaVista - Perugia

This was a gorgeous apartment which was well - appointed with a beautiful view back to Perugia. The kitchen was amazing. Spacious rooms and private parking.

It was on the lower- level of the family home, with woolen carpets on the floors. (Allergy note for those who are sensitive)! The bed was very firm. It is in a remote (top of hill) location where you must have a car to get to any nearby services.

Velmi prostorné, dobré vybavení, soukromí, klid, vstřícný majitel, možnost posezení venku, zahrada, výhled, parkování přímo před vchodem do apartmánu.

Nice quiet secure location, a large apartment with lounge, dining area, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. A terrace and garden with great views of Perugia. Friendly helpful hosts. Great base for touring the area, we traveled as far north as Arezzo, south to Orvieto and Terni with ease, and the train to Florence was easy to catch too

You'll need a car, it didn't bother us because we were touring all around but there are no restaurants or shops nearby so you always have to drive. Perugia centre is only a 15 minute drive away though and there are great places to eat only 5-10 minutes drive away

Stayed at about 10 different places on Italy this trip and this could be the most enjoyable. Spacious accommodation. It seemed the definition of villa living. Generous spaces, beautiful view, well-equipped kitchen, lovely bedroom with fireplace nook. "She said she felt like a princess here."

I can't think of anything. Just don't park to close to ridge that separates the parking surface from the lawn. I think my rental picked up a scrape on the wheel there. The italian car rental companies are always looking for ways to make money from any slight blemish on their cars. luckily i had insurance.

The place is spacious and well located with a friendly and helpful host. Highly recommended - we enjoyed our stay there very much.

Wonderful view from back yard. Great base to visit many interesting towns within an hour. Hosts were quite friendly and helpful.
