Great location and views! Very spacious house, with lovely renovated bathrooms.

The kitchen is not well equipped. It would be very useful to have more supplies for your guests. Some kitchen towel roll, more tea towels, more dishwasher tablets etc etc. Some coffee capsules would be great too, since you can only get the Nespresso Vertuo capsules at the Nespresso shops .. which means driving several kilometres to buy them.

Very clean and looked new as it had been newly refurbished with kitchen appliances that looked brand new/unused. Beds were comfy. Showers were good. Area was very quiet and a good location for a short drive to local restaurants and walks. The electric wall heaters were very effective.

Some rooms including bedroom had windows without curtains for privacy and comfort which also made them sound echoey. Booking.com stated hairdryer and toaster but there were none. We were told that the virtuo coffee pods for their machine were available to buy locally at Alpha Mega but they weren’t (none were supplied in the house). The house overall was very nice so remember to take those things that were missing, also if you like soft towels best take your own as ones supplied were a little scratchy.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction regarding my recent stay at this property. My reservation was for the dates 16th to 20th July. Unfortunately, on July 17th, my husband fell ill with food poisoning, which made our stay in the rural village of Platres in the Troodos mountains quite challenging. Considering the circumstances, I promptly informed the property manager via message that we would have to check out two days early. In light of the unexpected situation and the need to leave the property early, I kindly requested a refund for the remaining two days. However, the property manager's response was not considerate, and they outright refused to provide any refund. Consequently, I decided to reach out to Booking.com, as my booking was made through their platform. They assured me that they would contact the property on my behalf, but regrettably, the property management ignored their attempts to communicate and failed to cooperate. I believe that the property's unresponsive and uncooperative behavior has exacerbated the disappointment caused by the unfortunate circumstances of my husband's illness. I hope that you can address this matter appropriately and provide a resolution that reflects understanding and fairness. The property was, in my opinion, significantly overpriced, and they insisted on taking a deposit of 400 euros. They assured me that the deposit would be refunded within 48 hours, but to this day, I have not received it. Despite my multiple attempts to inquire about the deposit through various messages, they chose not to respond and completely ignored all my communications. Moreover, their lack of consideration became evident when they refused to refund the cost of the two unused days of our stay. Due to this unpleasant experience, I have decided to share my negative feedback on all social media and travel websites where this property is listed.

Difficult to find the house

The house was exceptionally clean. The facilities, bed and bathroom are in perfect condition. The location of the house is in the most suitable position as Troodos is only 10 minutes from there and Limassol 30 minutes.

Amazing location and newly renovated. Host was helpful.

The TV didn't work eg. youtube and Netflix. That would have helped as we had 3 children staying there too. It was a shame to have a smart TV and the apps didn't work.

Everything was perfect!
