Vivenda Jardim Mar Algarve Porches

Our stay at Vivenda Jardim Mar was amazing! With a group of 7 adults and 2 toddlers, the space suited us perfectly. The house is incredibly well-equipped, and we especially loved using the barbecue. For the kids, there was a closet full of toys for the beach, pool, and house, which they absolutely loved. The pool area is comfortable and pleasant, with a café / restaurant on-site and stunning beaches just a 5-10 minute walk away, we couldn’t have asked for a better location. Having a car made it easy to get to supermarkets, and Armação de Pera was only a 10-15 minute drive. We also enjoyed a boat tour that we booked from the nearby beach. Aida, our host, was lovely and very attentive. Although we didn’t meet her in person, she ensured we had a wonderful stay and was always available to answer any questions. Thank you so much, Aida! We will definitely recommend Vivenda Jardim Mar to others and look forward to staying here again. :)

Spacious house for 8, max 10 people with 3 bathrooms and all necessary appliances for a week’s stay with extended family. Skillfully designed beautiful gardens surrounding the house. Close to large pool area, beautiful beaches and amazing coast line (go paddling!) Good restaurant by the pool.

This was a perfect location for our family reunion. The house was very well equipped, especially as we had children with us. The gardens are lovely and felt very safe.

Excellent location with a few seconds walk to the heated swimming pool and a few minutes walk to the beach. Location was very convenient for the kids too for its safety. Absolutely loved our stay at Aida's house in Porches. The charming atmosphere, impeccable cleanliness, and Aida's warm hospitality made it a truly unforgettable experience. Can't wait to visit again!

The shared grounds just outside the villa were lovely and a wonderful safe place for the kids to play. The villa is also just a short walk to a stunning beach. There are many lovely terraces to enjoy a meal or read a book. The owner is extremely friendly and responsive!

Given the winter climate it can feel damp inside the property however I think that is hard to avoid.

Location was very good; next to a few beautiful beaches and other cities like Portimao and Albufeira are easily reachable if you have a car. This llittle house was big enough for the entire family of 9 people with enough bathrooms and kitchen was well equiped. Outdoor space is great as well with terrasses and green space downstairs for the kids to run around. Kids loved the swimming pools as well.

One of the bedrooms needs an upgrade: it doesn't have air conditioning, the bed is not comfy and not enough storage space for our clothes as a couple. A lot of ants visited us so be prepared to buy some ants repellent. Deck chairs at the pools are bad quality, more than half of them are broken, with sitting nets detached. Lack of restaurants options at walking distance with small kids.

Well equipped with everything you need, clean and the site has that 5 star feel. Host was very friendly and was on hand for any questions. The location is perfect for sea views and tranquility
