Tiny Base The River

Location is great for sakura viewing, kitchen facilities were nice and proper.

There was still tinner smell inside the house, and the water system for bathroom was difficult to use

The location was really great. Attic was beautiful with 2 windows and 1 mirror roof for the stars. The house has all spaces that good enough and fit for the family 5-6 persons.

The bed sank in the middle, causing me to wake up with slight back pain.

Great accommodation! Sauna, onsen all facilities ready 👍🏻 just a bit issue for us is the toilet too cool during winter season.

Very clean, super friendly and helpful staff when ever you need something. Accommodation is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Short walk to the train station. Nice cafe next door. The perfect break for us after busy weeks of city sightseeing.

Cleanliness and location

Security has to be improved.

The property location is wonderful that near Sakura trees and the Kawazu train station.

Proximity - less than 10 min walk from Kawazu station, just next to one of the sections where they have the illumination 6-9pm during the Sakura festival. Perfect for those who’re not driving.

Heating - the way it’s designed (in the “sleeping trailer”) warm air may not be distributed equally, so the lower sleeping area may feel a bit chilly - the trailers are separated, so u need to walk into the cold to go to the other side
