Het uitzicht en de tuin. Het huis heeft potentie maar heeft onderhoud nodig.

De douche lekt en is zwaar beschimmeld. Deuren klemmen/kunnen niet dicht. deurstijlen en klinken los daardoor. Huis was berookt en niet goed schoon. Het vet zat nog op de afzuigkap. We hebben hiervoor een vergoeding ontvangen.
