Good location. Walking distance to local shops and restaurants and beach

Barking dog next door, noisy water pump that you can hear overhead in the night. Keeps you awake. No basic toiletries provided. No sunbeds or space to sit in the sun. Pool wasn’t 100% clean

Some general maintenance required, water pressure not great. Steps up to the villa not ideal for elderly people, lots of barking dogs at night & early morning in the area.

The location was actually very good, off the beaten track, but close enough to go exploring - a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and shops, with lots of nearby restaurants. Awesome local Warung (Blue Lagoon) just down the alleyway, great meals and awesome vibes. A laundromat is also down the alley, making it easy to sort your washing. Three big bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Open lounge and kitchen, no A/C in the living space. This can make it very hot to sit in and so can be isolating when you need to sit in your room to get A/C, but just go jump in the pool to cool off... speaking of pool. Nice, clean and deep. The floor is very slippery after getting out of the pool. Be careful with kids, and don’t try to climb out quickly after too many Bintangs 😂 The cleaners were lovely; they arrived early at 9 am, but you can ask them to come later. No worries. Additions left over from other travellers, e.g., mosquito spray, incense coils, sunscreen in case you run out, we left some too. Barking dogs! No fault of the property, but a little tiresome, so we went and got some earplugs; problem solved. However, note that the property is residential, so there is noise from dogs, cats, chickens, and motorbikes (especially early in the morning when people leave for work). But overall, pretty peaceful really. Would probably stay again tbh, hopefully the plumbing issues will get sorted.

The toilet in the main bedroom leaked when it flushed, emitting an unpleasant, overpowering sewage smell. We ended up moving our belongings out, closing the door, and stopped using it for the rest of our stay. No major issues with the other bathrooms. Told the cleaners, who would arrange for a plumber, but the issue was never resolved.

Location, it's close to everything in Legian. Beds were nice and comfy and bedding was clean. Cleaners did a lovely job of sweeping and washing floors etc every day. The owner was very responsive to our questions and issues, even leaving a party one night to unlock our door!

Whilst the location is excellent, the villa is down a small gang that cars and taxis are unable to drive to. If you bring a lot of luggage and try to find it late at night. You may have a problem. The location is in a residential Balinese area, the neighbourhood is full of dogs, cats, chickens, motorbikes (leaving early to work) none of us had a decent night sleep the ENTIRE time. The dogs barked and howled all day and all night, it was so loud, you feel like they are outside the bedroom door. I would say this was honestly the most disruptive sleep we've ever experienced when travelling. The bathrooms smelled SO BAD, an overpowering sewage smell. We hadn't come across this issue in any of the other accommodations we had stayed in during our month long trip around Bali and Java.

Three big bedrooms and a pool. Open lounge and kitchen, close to main road but down a little alleyway so quiet.

Had to walk in with luggage but no problem for us. Neighbour’s dog barking all night (owner said he would talk to neighbour)
